If you use Rive data binding in Flutter, you know the drill: you talk to your view models with magic strings like viewModel.number('colorLevel').
Hundreds of them, and one typo = animation not working.
So I built a tool to kill that 🧵
Rive ViewModel Generator: point it at a .riv, get type-safe Dart. Enums, nested view models, a reactive Stream per property, dispose() lifecycle, typed factories for named presets.
Web app + CLI, same output.
The fun part: it's just a plain CLI, so your coding agent runs it, then writes bindings against real types. Typo a property and it doesn't compile. No more hallucinated string keys.

An email asking to take over my project was the wake-up call I needed. It made me realize I wasn't ready to let go, there is still so much I want to build.
Newton Particles 0.3.0 is out today, and it’s a big one. 🧵👇
#Flutter@FlutterDev
To be honest, I wanted 1000+ particles, but I’ve hit a hard limit with Box2D.
Don’t worry, I’m already on it and will move away from Box2D to an engine that is better suited for Newton.
🚀 Hey @FlutterDev, Newton Particles 0.2 is officially here! 🎉
This is a huge milestone—now you can add physics-based animations to your Flutter apps! 🌍💥

Just noticed a text rendering issue on Impeller since version 3.24.0. Text borders get cropped when the font size is too large. 🧐
