Republican Texas is finishing strong. Through noon, compared with Thursday: Ellis up 24%, Montgomery up 25%, Bell up 29%, McLennan up 29%. Out in Hockley County it was up 28% in the first three hours. Early voting ends tonight, so check your county's hours and go.
