The “memory” moat is one of the fakest and overrated narratives in AI.
The more the average consumers get comfortable with AI, the more they’ll be able to switch between models and harnesses, just like devs.
Right or Wrong ?
Switching costs for consumer AI, won't approach zero until there is a standardized export format for what is in a model's memory.
The more a consumer uses a model, the more it's memory stores. The more work to export and import
I'm not saying it can't be done. Obviously you can import from one model to another. But for regular users, that's a lot more difficult than saving to an xls or doc file

Maybe the bet was always to solve for both sides of supply and demand.
We’re adding more partners FYI if you want our agents to sign up for your app!
A learning for us, that hopefully is useful for you...
Headless (agentic) signup for services is not here yet today, at least not in our business.
We had been running an experiment allowing some headless signups through a partnership for a few months. Its basically gone to zero in terms of activity and we are now removing it.
Maybe one day it will be a real opportunity, but this aligns with what my intuition told me: signup is not the friction point people think it is. The opportunity is elsewhere (primarily in terms of onboarding an daily interactions).
