NEW FOR RAP — POST-16 PROVISION
We’re pleased to announce that RAP is now expanding our provision to support young people aged 16–18.
Our new Post-16 programme is designed for young people who may be unsure about their next step, need an alternative to a traditional college environment, or simply need more support to help them move forward.
The programme will focus on education, personal development, confidence, employability and progression, helping every young person work towards the pathway that is right for them — whether that is:
• Further education
• An apprenticeship
• Employment
• Further training and development
And we’re delighted that the programme will be delivered from a truly unique setting — Gigg Lane, the home of Bury FC.
Rather than a traditional classroom or college environment, young people will have the opportunity to learn, develop and build towards their future from inside one of Bury’s most iconic venues.
We’ll be holding a Post-16 Drop-In Day at Gigg Lane for young people and families who would like to come down, meet the team and find out more about what we can offer.

📅 Thursday 20th August
⏰ 11:00am–2:30pm
There’s no pressure and no need to have everything figured out. Come down, have a conversation with us and find out whether RAP Post-16 could be the right next step.
This is a natural progression for RAP.
We already work with young people to re-engage them with education, rebuild confidence and create positive pathways. Now, we can continue that support beyond Year 11 and into the crucial transition towards adulthood.
Ages 16–18. New opportunities. Real pathways.
