People think showing up late is acceptable and when you ask them about it they seem to think them not knowing their schedule is your problem.
Trying to keep people on task is like pulling teeth. This isn’t social club-we have work to do.
Told my coworkers I bought tickets to see this Finnish artist in NYC in March and they asked if I knew what he was saying?
Nope, Käärijä is just a vibe.
And he’s on a song with bbno$ as well so there’s that
Started the day frantic like I always do on the day of traveling home-anxious because we couldn’t check in for our flight online then worried about making sure no hiccups at the airport. Freaked out when we saw a delay-we only had 50 min layover In Copenhagen to begin with
But we made that flight just in time-but had to listen to a crying/screaming 2 year old in front of us during 80% of this 8 hour flight.
But atleast I can go home to my pets now.
On the train to Warsaw this morning. Last time (and the only time) we took a train in Poland it was from Berlin to Poznan and they stopped speaking English once they left Germany.
We had a border stop and I had no idea what was going on-hubs laughed when I tapped someone on the shoulder asking if they spoke English and to ask what was going on.
But this time I didn’t almost get left off the train so there’s that.
We’re waiting in the lobby of this one hotel before today’s tour and I swear this one guy in here looks just like Gavin Rossdale. (Highly doubt it’s him however)
Poland has been very inexpensive during this trip. Talking to our one tour guide/driver and he mentioned how it’s good for us but they still don’t make much so it’s expensive for them.
I looked up Pharmacist salaries here and I will def not be moving to Poland anytime soon.
This has been a trip of firsts: first time seeing a fire truck in Europe. You see (or usually hear) police and ambulances all the time but this time we actually saw a fire truck driving to a fire.
And then this morning we got ticketed since someone ignored the road sign that said showed no crossing.
And thankfully he knew when to shut up and not want to argue with the police.
50PLN each was like $14usd but I’m sure he won’t try to play rebellious tourist again.
I was curious and did this too. (Thanks @st0_ic )
Ironically I’m not sure who half of these people are. And I love how it shows @bbnomula-bc it’s only me tweeting him. Not the other way around 🙈
