For Boardroom’s latest Cover Story, she opens up to Rich Kleiman about the mindset behind her roles at Good American and SKIMS, what separates a real business from celebrity marketing, and the lessons she’s learned around leadership, reputation, and knowing when to evolve.
From growing up around financial stress in London to becoming one of fashion’s most influential entrepreneurs, Grede has already built more than most.
Her view now: she’s still just getting going.
