ok... folding this and a host resource monitor into my personal random mobile app plugin thingy. basically, conditionally showing some stuff based on if installed or not on the connected host so i can swap host plugin connections around in my mobile app and not get confused because something shows that isn't installed on that connected device. gotta run a few side projects to where the pain lives... and i just like making personal tooling that makes my life easier... something satisfying about making something work how you want it to. should show y'all my current side project junk sometime. kinda dont a lot because eh... don't want people confusing random personal tooling i show as official or soon to be official things. wanna avoid that confusion.

inb4 anthropic classifiers start picking up this style of structured output as against policy too... i'll never understand those things or why they hate structured output in chat results. every time i see something flagged, i'm like... uh, no... this isn't your cot or me doing anything weird with the output data... this is a structured output requirement to help me understand states of things n junk. it's basically just... lazy man wants to glance at a standard form of generic questions that help explain the answer and how much to trust it without having to prompt it out of the model every time. and it always makes me wonder... at what point will it refuse to answer the question of a basic "why?" to someone because they consider the response some sort of miraculous answer that must not be questioned for reasons behind it. reasons are ip for some reason... answers... ok, you can have those, unless it looks like rationale... sigh... anyway. grumble grumble... rant over.

btw... if ya do... here's a tip... codex transcripts can be read all willy nilly by any other agent. so... want a second opinion on something? neat... feed the codex deeplink to the other agent and ask about it.

my agents have delegated themselves an integrator thread to toss integrating things locally at and wait to hear back from... and a coordinator thread to make sure work isnt being duplicated and to track state so toes don't get stepped on... neat.

speaking of weird custom weekend tinkering... decided to maybe start making my own lil desktop plugin thingy for this kind of junk even though i know there are prob much better already made. needs a bunch o work. but the bones seem to be coming together.

and ofc it gets added to my weird mobile weekend side project.

"The coordinator accepted the handoff. The candidate stays frozen while Code Review owns the testing slot." also good for local resource management so they aren't all firing off concurrent tests to starve my cpu.

and there's now a per agent or subagent cpu breakdown in a lil dashboard i just made now that has some other fun stuff in there... and ofc the agents can use it or you can talk to the agents about things through it. because why not?
