I had a CLI that felt a bit too slow but I didn't know why, so I just prompted an agent to add traces everywhere and self diagnose. bonus points for pushing traces to axiom, so this silly human can also understand what's happening it's not faster yet, but at least I know where it's slow

We run database replicas in 5 regions, and only 2 days ago I noticed, that our dashboard doesn't use them and always goes to the primary instead... I just fixed it and it's noticably faster for my EU homies now. We hav already migrated most of our dashboard to talk to our public API, but some small things are still just tRPC.
