APP board director Chris Scott insists Sylvestre and Rath were both fired for cause.
He says the fight dates back to January, and that the pair tried to take control of the APP and steer it away from its mission- adding he wanted to keep the dismissal internal.
He says he willing to take the battle to court.

He says he built up the APP to what it is and isn't going anywhere- and he's not leaving the UCP.
He adds he doesn't know if he's still friends with the premier
"I'm a pretty key member of that group"-Mitch Sylvestre says he won't step down as UCP Riding Assoc. President regardless of what Smith says.
He also insists he's still APP's CEO, claiming Tanya Clemens & Chris Scott were never registered as directors.

Mitch says that he and Jeffrey Rath have turned down $6 million in bribes, showing that they "would never think of doing anything to hurt the movement." He reiterated that neither he nor Rath were removed from the APP.

UPDATE: In a APP Zoom meeting, Mitch Sylvestre says Tanya Clemens and Chris Scott are not board members and don't have authority to dismiss anyone.
"The fact that they're saying that they dismissed anybody from the APS board, they had no authority to do it. They cannot do it, and I'm really concerned with the timing of that."
