Let us find a better method to protest. An organised protest should welcome. But I still think that gathering a crowd of people can easily become violent. Since protest of such nature are mainly for media coverage to highlight an issue, we need a process that covers all this. It is possible and it can be done. So keep waiting till thee leader who cares for this country beyond votes ,adulation etc to be positioned so that implementation can take place.

When there is no ethical ,dogmatic ,principled foundation then all words as concocted into sentences are subject to interpretation and end up misinterpreted. Most people donot even read the relevant print publication of law and end up settling they minds based on news snippets and hear say. #CAA agitation is an example where most the people did not understand the legal lingo and logic yet went on protests unfounded in principle. If environmental harmony & balance is sought then the principles need to be synchronously understood by all for compliance / implementation.

This is it. Now i truly believe that thoughts come into the world and are given to a number of people ( small no ). This is what i was thinking for a long time. A person wants to launch a start up. The base team ( at every level) should first be convinced to some extent that they are joining something worth their while. They are compensated partly in shares ,then things like medical aid / insurance/ down payment for housing ,transport and so on besides living expenses. Then they build a company contributing their best and they should also have avenues to exceed and excel themselves. This process helps banks ,VC's and the open market financiers make decisions .Since so many people at various levels are convinced then the risk is somewhat mitigated . However establishing integrity will be a concern as in some countries with low ethical principles in the population will corrupt the same. Thats why #NationBuilding is of prime importance.
