#UjjjainViolence .road widening for the #Khumbhmela processions or traffic to pass through in established settlement s or towns & cities is obviously going to disturb everyone concerned. Unless the locality is going for redevelopment and planning it should not be done. The govt is trying to make up for years of rule violations , unplanned growth and sheer shirking by the bureacracy that has not done its job for years. The govt is setting a wrong precident that will backfire when a judgement is passed on similar action for all. @PMOIndia
