A new ₳22M treasury withdrawal proposal is now on-chain.
Submitted on 15 October, the Cardano Strategic Copper Reserve action seeks funding to purchase physical copper and tokenize it on @Cardano.
It’s a real-world-asset use case with a clear question for governance: can treasury capital be deployed into a physical asset with a path to returning the proceeds?
New treasury withdrawal: ₳22M to buy physical copper and tokenize it as CuTT on Cardano. 18 to 24 month hold, then a sale, with net proceeds returned to the treasury by month 36. Principal not guaranteed.
