Most terminal workflows are spread across a system monitor, file manager, notes, RSS feeds, and other tools. Orbit brings them into a keyboard-driven workspace. Built with @rustlang , @ratatui_rs , and @extism . Source: github.com/ziuus/orbit-tui #RustLang #Linux #TUI #DevTools

Just released a massive architecture overhaul for Vanta — the aesthetic Rust terminal dashboard We’ve stripped the core down to zero bloat and introduced WASM Extensions powered by @extism. Every widget, theme, and layout is now a sandboxed plugin.👇 github.com/ziuus/vanta/

hey all of my fellow dev followers!! i just announced a project i’ve been working on for the last month or so!! if you have time to check it out and give any feedback and share it around with other devs you think might be interested, i’d really appreciate it!!☺️🫶🏻
Today, we're announcing the initial beta release of Natyv: a native desktop app runtime with no bundled browser. Electron apps can idle at 300MB+ of RAM doing nothing. We wanted to know if that's actually necessary. 🧵

On Freedom Day, it’s right think about software that only exists to do what you want. Free from the gatekeepers of product, prioritizing their bonus over your productivity. You will get what you want, when you want it. This is a new kind of software we’ve been building this year, and I’m excited to show everyone.
If your software product doesn't have a text box where I can write a feature request and have it show up in a few minutes, I'm going to constantly be tempted to get Claude to replace you

Tutorial 4 is the wild one. Your prompt in Go. Your llm provider in Rust. #Bub still handles the rest. We kept Bub 's orchestration in Python. All through #WebAssembly + @extism . Read it: bub.build/docs/tutorials/lan… #harness #agent

Fun times with @pjausovec playing his generated Tic Tac Toe game on Prophet... and then having our own agents play a round for us!

For the last 3 years, I've joined @wasm_io for a yearly ritual in March. Though this year, despite having a talk, I won't be able to present in person. But you can still catch me presenting virtually with @bcamerongain in person, covering extending the @HelmPack plugin ecosystem with Wasm and @extism.

We've entered a completely new era of app & system extensibility... and I'm more excited than ever about an AI-driven stack we've been building... more soon In the meantime, we are narrowing down our focus on what's new, and sunsetting the old. As such, mcp . run and XTP will go offline this week! Thanks to all who helped shape these products. I think you're going to really like what is coming next.
