One interesting challenge with @Morpho 's lending markets is how liquidity behaves during periods of stress. When collateral runs into trouble, a few things can happen: > Lenders withdraw liquidity, pushing utilization and borrowing rates higher. > If collateral value falls below outstanding debt, borrowers may have little incentive to repay. > Prolonged high utilization can push adaptive interest rates higher, keeping borrowing costs elevated even after the market stabilizes. That last point is interesting, as rates can take a long time to recalibrate, reducing market efficiency. This is one of the reasons I find @flexmeow's lending model interesting. Look the utilisation; its almost at 100% on all markets. Hopefully we can start cooking something with the Flex team soon.
