Tish says she’s totally neutral on Trump. No political opinions, no personal feelings, just calling balls and strikes and dispassionately applying the law.

The most interesting part of Bad Blood is the last third, when Carreyrou abandons his "objective stenographer" perspective and inserts himself directly into the story as one of the main protagonists. In a way, he's just as subjective and compromised as Fielder and AS.
Did Elizabeth Holmes coming after me and my sources with everything she had and threatening to sue us out of existence bias me? Yes.

Komatireddy clearly wants to return to pre-2019, when prosecutors had virtually unlimited ability to detain accused people pretrial on Rikers for months or even years. She sees the entire prosecutorial reform movement (bail and discovery reform, more diversion) as a mistake.

This is obviously wrong. With no NYPD crowd-clearing, ICE would not have looked out at the crowd and thought “ah well, guess we’re trapped here.” They would have cleared the crowd themselves.

Really incredible line of questioning from @TimmyFacciola_ , which captures Lawler's problem in a nutshell.

If you read the interview, he details all the fights he's picked and compromises he's extracted for his district, and some of them are legitimately substantive. But at the end of the day, even 94% is still pretty close to 100%.
