Homeowners in Catawba County said they could face foreclosure or bankruptcy as HOA fees are set to rise from $1,250 to $2,500 a month.
The HOA is meeting Monday night to raise the dues.
The concern from homeowners is that liens will be put on their homes, and they could face bankruptcy or foreclosure.
