The future is definitely models tuned for specific jobs. This is a good one @thymikee
a small company from Poland trained a model that's at the top of the React benchmark. everything is possible now, lol

This is very cool and generally what we are seeing across our best apps. 99 of incident.io's last 144 mobile PRs were written by agents. Now the agents also run each change on an @expo cloud simulator with @agent_device and hand the reviewer screenshots and a video.

We're ready for the Duo. SDK 58 brings expo-hinge for live hinge angle and fold state, plus Expo UI's new ArrangementView for native layouts that adapt as you fold.

🌴 One more reminder that we're hosting a meetup in Miami tomorrow. There will be a sneak peek demo of our Cloud Sims service. And delicious food/drink. We're pushing this one hard because it's our first meetup in Miami and if it goes well then we can make it a regular thing. luma.com/o6kn4hbd

Now that @bot controls my agents in @grok I want it to control my @claudeai and @OpenAIDevs (Codex) agents too... but how?

wow - this is a must have for kids.
I turned a foldable iPhone Duo into a pop-up book 📕 Unfold the phone → the book opens with it. Pinch the glowing window → you fall into the next chapter. Built in React Native 📖✨

Everyone asked us for this once we built Observe! Live now. @expo @kadikraman
We just added native crash reporting to Observe 👏 Now Observe records native crashes from Android and iOS alongside JavaScript errors, with stack traces, session context, and crash-free session rates. We're keeping this in "preview" for now. Lots more to come in the next few weeks. expo.dev/changelog/native-cr…

Announcing the 2026 𝝠 Expo App Awards 🙌 The talent, the care, and the craft we see in the Expo community is staggering. There are powerful, beautiful, important apps getting built with Expo tools and services every day. The 𝝠 Expo App Awards is a celebration of the apps and the people who build them. Last year we had over 1,200 submissions and winners from big enterprises, solo devs (we hired one of them @DaehyeonMun!), and tiny startups that have grown and been acquired. The award categories are: 🏆 Expo App of the Year 🏆 Most Creative 🏆 Community's Choice 🏆 Largest Scale 🏆 Most Innovative Submission criteria is simple: if your app uses Expo you should submit it. We encourage you to explain what is special about your app in the submission form. For example, if you have unique haptics, or clever Live Activities, or a super nuanced onboarding experience please share that in your submission. Submissions begin today and go through the end of the month. Then we'll begin evaluating and announcing nominees/winners. expo.dev/awards/2026
