Constitutional attorney based in Michigan. Attorney General candidate in 2022. Tough as Hell" and "feared by the legislatures."

Kalamazoo, MI
On January 6, 2021, I briefed Ulrich Brechbuhl, Counselor to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, inside a secure State Department SCIF about the 2020 stolen election. No phones. No computers. No electronics. Paper only. For several hours, I walked through forensic evidence. This was not about anything abstract. It was always about fake ballots. I showed him: ➔ Ballot run manipulations, ballot mapping schemes, who printed them, how they were shipped, routes they traveled, and how they were counted. ➔ Assignment of fake ghost ballots to registered voters through inflated QVF records. ➔ Variants of subversion, error rates and remediation patterns. ➔ Ballot anomalies, including off-site printing, irregular formatting, oversized internal blocks, and side marker manipulations. ➔ System vulnerabilities, including anonymous external connections with elevated privileges and hardcoded passwords such as "12345678." Page after page. Data. Analysis. Forensics. And we talked about a guy named "Ben Smyth." He knew. I was later indicted by Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel because I filed a lawsuit in Antrim County in 2020. One of her prosecutors told me directly that I was charged because I "started the train rolling." This is lawfare. And it was used to silence me. The story is not being told by Michigan media. That is about to change. @POTUS @TulsiGabbard @jsolomonReports @WillCainShow @DaveBondyTV @Th_Midwesterner @Charlieleduff @MrJustinBarclay @mattgaetz

.@DerrickEvans4WV your definition of “civil rights” is not the same as DOJ’s @CivilRights definition.
Harmeet Dhillon has done absolutely NOTHING to investigate January 6th, to hold any of the real criminals accountable, or to help those of us who were persecuted. She has actively worked against lawsuits filed by J6 prisoners. Yet she has no problem blocking J6 prisoners on social media. Talk about a major disappointment, but not sure why I’m surprised. She’s not even born here in America. She was born in India.

Where is the RNC @Republicans on this? The same place they were in 2020, 2022, and 2024. Nowhere.
UPDATE: THREE DAYS AGO A JUDGE ORDERED EVERY MICHIGAN CLERK TO KEEP THE NOVEMBER 3 POLL BOOKS. DO NOT DELETE. YESTERDAY MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE JOCELYN BENSON ASKED THE COURT OF APPEALS TO UNDO THE JUDGE'S TRO IN AN "EMERGENCY APPLICATION." TODAY WE ANSWERED: NOT SO FAST. Read it all for yourself below. Our answer, in one sentence: Benson's emergency application to appeal "asks leave to destroy the evidence while the court decides whether destroying it is lawful." Benson never even asked the trial judge to pause the order first. The reason? It "would not be expedient." Guess what? Michigan's court rules say you can't ask the Court of Appeals for a stay unless the trial court decided one first. It's like math. You can't skip steps. So she's ALSO asking the Court of Appeals to waive the rule for no good reason. What the Judge's TRO costs the Department: ONE memo telling clerks not to delete. What clerks face without the Judge's TRO: a federal law that punishes willfully failing to keep election records with up to a YEAR in federal prison. "The Department's harm is a memorandum. The clerks' harm is a statute with a jail term." Benson asked for a ruling by November 10. Stay tuned. HEY BENSON, LEAVE THE CLERKS' FLASH DRIVES ALONE. Their Emergency Application for Leave to Appeal: tinyurl.com/McQueerAGEmergen… Our Answer: tinyurl.com/McQueerAnswer Our Answer to the Stay Motion: tinyurl.com/McQueerMotionsAn… Our Appendix: tinyurl.com/McQueerAppendix McQueer v Benson, Michigan Court of Appeals No. 383126 Let's make Michigan safe, normal, and responsible again! 🇺🇸 @MIGOP @MI_Republicans @Th_Midwesterner @MINewsSource @stevegrubershow @MrJustinBarclay @JonathanTurley @RobGouveiaEsq @downi75 @Mike_Cox @MrAustinPredict @gatewaypundit @honestpollster @mifairelections @dcexaminer @MZHemingway @jsolomonReports @HarmeetKDhillon

TO ALL MICHIGAN ATTORNEYS The Michigan Supreme Court (MSC) created the Attorney Discipline Board (ADB), which uses three-member volunteer panels to decide attorney grievance complaints. After a panel makes its decision, ADB staff participates in drafting the opinion and submits it to the panel for signature. The attorney's only remedy is an appeal to the ADB, which is the agency whose staff helped write the decision being appealed. The conflict is built into the process. QUESTION TO ATTORNEYS: Do you think the MSC will do anything about this?

Vote YES on Proposal 1 One week to go. I urge everyone to vote YES on Proposal 1. Let's hold a convention and end the hot garbage that is the 1963 Michigan Constitution. No government agency or official should be exempt from FOIA. No more immunity for any elected official.

Wow, what a fun day sitting on the deck and watching the leaves turn colors. 394K impressions, 94,818 engagements, and 2,544 profile visits. That's 16 impressions per second, and all I said was, "What a miserable awful human being." Too bad some candidates didn't want my help. Awwww. It appears to be true. What a miserable awful human being.

Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D., Mich.) just gave an interview where she said the quiet part out loud. She intends to unleash a slew of investigations to deter young people from even considering supporting the Administration … if they know what is good for them. jonathanturley.org/2026/10/1…

Sorry @AAGDhillon but you've done nothing to protect children and parental rights. Maybe spend less time knitting and more time working.
The Biden DOJ attacked parental rights and labeled them “domestic terrorists.” At this @CivilRights Division @theJusticeDept, we proudly enforce federal laws, such as FERPA and PPRA, protecting children and parental rights nationwide!

“They’re trying to take our tools.” The Democrats are saying it out loud because they do not worry about the DOJ.
Kamala Harris says that removing hundreds of thousands of non-citizens from voter rolls is “cheating.” "They’re trying to take our tools, but we are a creative people." 🤔

This was when I caught Benson cheating in 2024. Yes, Michael Doyle, you should put it in the CEA and BOE chat. Who all is in that chat group? Cheaters. And yes, it was "gaining traction" if you consider 6.4M impressions and 422,200 engagements "traction" @pjcolbeck
Just the tip of the iceberg for Benson administration's attempts to prevent disclosure via FOIA and legal discovery. In the MDOS response to my FOIA request for communications pertaining to the 125,428 illegal votes cast in the #2024Election, I noticed the following email from MDOS Employee Michael Doyle featuring the question: "Should I put this in the CEA and BOE chat?" This sure seems to indicate an intent to take incriminating communications "offline"...at least to the general public ;) My subsequent FOIA requests for "CEA and BOE chat" communications were met with obstruction. @KevinKijewski @MIGOP @MrJustinBarclay

When you know the players on the inside, this makes total sense.
Re Joe DiGenova. Reading between the lines from multiple "in the know" comments/sources here. Resignation abrupt. Supposed complaints about progress and pace, and questions about what's taking so long. Comments about "rabbit holes" and unproductive efforts. Reports earlier this week of more GJ Subs having gone out -- if you're still sending out Subs that are going to take 60 days to turn around, then you're not close to indicting. DiGenova comments about "charges without evidence" and ethical problems. Now John Solomon references common DOJ disputes over access to resources. My surmise -- WH and DOJ expected DiGenova to move the investigation into "end game," i.e., move from evidence gathering to indictments and trials. But now they see him wanting to go down other roads of inquiry. He wants more personnel and money, and DOJ suggests if won't be forthcoming unless he puts something on the table. WH to DOJ -- "Why is nothing happening in FL?" DOJ To Joe -- "What are you waiting for? How much longer." Joe to DOJ -- "We don't have what we need yet, we need to continue digging for evidence. I need more money and manpower. DOJ to Joe -- "That's unlikely unless you show some actual progress in a public way." Joe to DOJ -- "I'm not indicting people just to make the WH happy." DOJ to Joe -- "That's what they expected when they hired you." Joe to the World -- "I quit."

I know matt.. The people I've been telling for years that just ignored me and dismissed me about it all act as if they knew the whole time. I kinda figured this would play out.
