Mondays from the Collection 🔗 🖥 TeleNFT brings teletext onto the blockchain: Launched in 2021, the project turns teletext works into collectible on-chain artworks. TeleNFT World Events was created in the original Teletext Level 1 broadcast format and aired on German and Austrian national TV in October 2025. TeleNFT also has a history at the Francisco Carolinum: works from TeleNFT 1 became the first crypto artworks to enter the museum’s permanent collection. ➡️ Part of “Collection Francisco Carolinum – 3 Blockchains, One Collection”, curated by @Tschuuuuly 📅 09.09.26–07.02.27 📍 Francisco Carolinum Linz, UNESCO City of Media Arts

Mondays from the Collection 🔗 ATH Heart by @nessnissla visualizes the emotional extremes of crypto culture: a bleeding heart enduring an increasingly cold “crypto winter”, sustained by the hope of future gains. The work plays with the figure of the “Hodler” – someone who holds on to crypto assets despite falling prices – and turns the tension between outward composure, inner pain and persistent optimism into a digital image. ❤️ ATH Heart also marks a milestone in Austrian crypto art: it was the first work by an Austrian artist to be minted on SuperRare. ➡️ Part of “Collection Francisco Carolinum – 3 Blockchains, One Collection”, curated by @Tschuuuuly 📅 09.09.26–07.02.27 📍 Francisco Carolinum Linz, UNESCO City of Media Arts 🔗 opensea.io/item/ethereum/0x4…

Mondays from the Collection 🔗 MetaBlockLinz by @grasser_alex and Alexandra Parger connects digital co-creation with physical architecture. Built on Tezos, the project invited participants to collectively design temporary structures using virtual MetaBlocks. Developed for “Meta.Space – Visions of Space” at the Francisco Carolinum in 2022/23, one of these structures was brought to life as a 1:1 architectural prototype made from 80 timber blocks. The digital process was captured in MetaBlockLinz – Community Structures, documenting the first 40 collaboratively created designs. 🔗 objkt.com/tokens/hicetnunc/8… ➡️ On view until February 7. 2027: “Collection Francisco Carolinum – 3 Blockchains, One Collection” 📍 Francisco Carolinum Linz, UNESCO City of Media Arts

Mondays from the Collection 🔗 In 2003, photographer @rainerhosch shot Iggy Pop in Miami Beach – no styling, no grooming, no publicist. Just jeans, a white shirt and one hour in front of the camera. Using ring flash and black-and-white film, Hosch created 207 photographs. Nearly every shot worked. Today, all 207 images – including the contact sheets – exist as NFTs on the blockchain. opensea.io/item/ethereum/0x1… ➡️ On view until February 7. 2027: “Collection Francisco Carolinum – 3 Blockchains, One Collection” 📍 Francisco Carolinum Linz, UNESCO City of Media Arts

Beeple made art history in 2021 when EVERYDAYS: THE FIRST 5000 DAYS sold at Christie’s for $69.3 million, marking a watershed moment for NFTs and digital art. His Everydays form an ongoing visual chronicle of our digital age, mixing internet culture, technology, politics and pop imagery into often satirical reflections on contemporary society. Welcome to the collection, @beeple

We’re happy to welcome DOOM SCROLL #1 by @ThankYouX into the Collection Francisco Carolinum. In Doom Scroll, ThankYouX turns one of the defining habits of our digital present into art: endless scrolling through algorithmically curated feeds. 🔗 opensea.io/item/ethereum/0x9…

By recording his own social media feed, then fragmenting and transforming the footage through code, datamoshing and feedback loops, @ThankYouX turns the noise, repetition and visual overload of the timeline into abstraction. DOOM SCROLL #1 is the first of 64 unique 1/1 video works on Ethereum—a reflection on attention, perception and the algorithms shaping our digital experience. Thank you, ThankYouX!

Two works from @IDerech ‘s Wabi-Sabi Syntax have joined the Collection Francisco Carolinum. 🙏 Wabi-Sabi Syntax #8 and #62 were generously donated by @radiosolace to our Ethereum wallet. Wabi-Sabi Syntax brings Japanese wabi-sabi into dialogue with Derech’s Mexican heritage and AI. Starting from his own photographs, the artist uses the model’s misreadings, distortions and imperfections as part of a new visual language between memory, cultural translation and technology. Created by Derech — @iderech Gift of Radio — @radiosolace Original release curated by Alejandro Cartagena — @halecar2 Originally released in collaboration with Fellowship — @fellowshiptrust and The Daily Program — @dailydotxyz

Wabi-Sabi Syntax #62 presents a densely layered urban landscape in which architecture, vegetation and unexpected forms overlap. Familiar visual references are reconstructed and disrupted by AI, making the tension between recognition and misinterpretation visible. opensea.io/item/ethereum/0xf…
