$VVV - D1 Discussed it in details last week during our two streams, and overall: - Was expecting chopfest around D1 trend and we got it - Willing to wait for an initial impulse to start a new D1 trend to then bid it (higher setup) - Or sit out while D1 100 MA <-> D1 trend gap filled (wether by price catching down to it, or 100 MA catching up [consolidation]) - Still a top priority, as it's been all year for me... no rush ! Should add that for me all year VVV has been the cleanest to trade, but ONLY on D1. Therefore willing to stick to this TF.

To put things in perspective, Google is down today more than the total market cap of ETH and SOL combined.

Would really enjoy it if we could not spend too much time here but given holidays and Q4.... Going to assume it's chop-suey conditions on Bitcoin for a month or two. With that assumption, I wouldn't take any hail mary 100% move shitcoin setups. Mostly intraday or intraweek, doesn't make sense to stay exposed for long durations during chop conditions. Not good for the mental to watch uPnL pivot between green and red.
It has occurred to me that people are confusing their meme coins as proxy for the trend of the crypto market. Our meme coins being down does not mean we're in a bear market. The meme coins being down is actually a combination of limited liquidity spread thin by low barrier-to-entry launches and extractive KOLs being good at extracting. Ex: a mediocre burglar but you keep your doors unlocked with zero cameras or other precautions. Too easy for people to mistake noise as signal. New wars, AI/SI, interest rates, etc. headlines every other day. The level is $78-81K, we could trade and consolidate here for a few weeks or months. Price not moving up as fast as you'd like is not bearish. Bull.

"it's so over" as Bitcoin goes from $82k → $80k, and then "we're so back" from $80k → $82k. absolute lunatics. same people that naively think they would've killed it in previous cycles, not realizing the agonizing chop we had to endure majority of the time - currently losing their minds because the market ranged for a month. never succumb to this kind of behavior if you want to do well in markets; when the move that matters actually happens, you'll be stripped of the confidence required in order to trade it appropriately so instead of trying to draw assumptions from insignificant price action, it's better to have a strong bias held loosely because even a plan that breaks is better than no plan at all personally, I'm bullish until I'm wrong.

Tokenomics is a whole different topic than the fundamentals of a venue and doesn't always share the same path, the main edge in for example HYPE was conviction in the long term product ignoring price discovery noise Would you be able to identify on this volume chart where HYPE did a 10x, then did a -75%, followed by another 5x ?

$BTC - Binance spot has been pressing hard for 3 days straight It's the strongest stretch of the entire year with a 16% buy imbalance. Nothing else even cleared 10% CVD can be misleading, as a passive seller could be absorbing (aka just coins switching hands) So i checked how much the ask reloaded. Buyers ate ~18.5K BTC of offers and still pushed price higher 6.8K BTC net bought, the most we've seen all year

Tricked with FOMC an hour before topkek.
I can’t be the only one that was expecting NYO to be in 20 min, always getting tricked by winter hour time change

$VVV - D1 Stops trailed on the 40% left running with this D1 trend break last Thursday. Was a very solid swing once again on VVV, best coin of the year for me. From here: - Looking very similar to end of D1 trend from our first big swing in S1 - Waiting for D1 EMA/MA gap fill lower and/or D1 trend reclaim I'd be fine with anything, lower or higher... just want to ride the next D1 trend when it will show up.

$BTC - H4 H4 trend x previous lows = must reclaim - Reclaim, back into "turbo chopfest area" give move into 82/82.5 - Stay resistance, new lows inc with main remaining D1 100 EMA/D1 200 EMA lower
$BTC - H1/H4 Crucial Saturday fight, 80k x H1 trend x... too much confluence to list. Reclaim it, choptinuation. Flip it resistance, D1 EMA/MA gap fill / W1 trend retest. GL HF

H1 200 EMA @ 81.1, usual rule of TF-1 200 EMA flip to confirm trend break (here H4). Great fight today in the "must reclaim" area (H4 trend x prev low/80k)… needs more to get back into chopfest area/give 82.5 pre/into FOMC. GL 🥖
