Iran has cost the Republicans far more than anyone expected. It was a catastrophic mistake. And if Reform or the Tories were in charge, we would have gone to war right behind them. When oil prices rise, families pay more to fill their cars. Those moving goods face higher diesel costs. Farmers pay more to operate their machinery. Businesses face rising transport and production bills. Those costs do not stay at the petrol pump. That gets passed on. EVERYTHING gets more expensive. It is always the same people who end up paying. It’s not the politicians making grand speeches about international leadership. It’s not the commentators demanding military action from the comfort of television studios. It is British mums and dads trying to stretch the wage for a few extra days. It’s the pensioner frightened to put the heating on. The young couple wondering whether they can afford a home. The small business owner calculating whether another increase in costs will finally force them to close. They have been handed another bill for someone else’s war - a war backed by everyone on the right apart from Restore Britain. Farage said this is the ‘right one’, and 'the gloves need to come off’. That is VERY easy to say from a GB News studio. A Restore Britain government will put the interests of its own citizens before the approval of foreign leaders. Remember the 14-year-old boy who was brought out yesterday from Azov’s secret detention facility in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, near Kyiv, where mobilized men and deserters were allegedly being beaten and held against thier will? Well, the boy is now in hospital. He has recorded a video telling his side of the story. And what a charming little tale of military honor and Ukrainian democracy it is. According to the boy, he came to the protest and climbed onto a fence. That's when soldiers struck him with a shovel, knocking him down onto the facility's grounds. They then dragged him inside and started beating him. Yes, beating a 14-year-old child. Not that his age was some great mystery. One look at his face and you can see he's a kid. Apparently, that wasn't quite obvious enough for these brave warriors. But it gets worse. The boy says they didn't just beat him. They cut the clothes off his body, including his underwear, leaving him standing in front of them "almost naked." And that, dear friends, raises serious questions of sexual violence and degrading treatment of a child. Allegedly perpetrated by Ukrainian servicemen. The beating, he says, stopped only when Budanov arrived. Meanwhile, Azov's propaganda machine and its loyal cheerleaders have already rolled out their crisis-management circus: the boy was a "provocateur." Ah, yes. The classic defense. When a child ends up in hospital, simply rebrand him as a national security threat. Problem solved. Perhaps they'll award themselves medals for neutralizing a teenager armed with the terrifying weapon of climbing a fence. Except the story appears to be rather more complicated. The boy alleges he was a victim of violence at the hands of Ukrainian soldiers. So who is going to answer for the ill-treatment, humiliation, and degrading treatment of a child? Where the hell is Ukraine's Human Rights Ombudsman? Has he misplaced the address of the hospital? Or is visiting an allegedly abused Ukrainian child simply not on today's democracy-defending itinerary? And where is Zelensky? Why hasn't he visited the boy in hospital? Oh, right. He had more pressing business in Germany, asking for more money. Zelensky does love telling the world how much children matter to him. Apparently, some children make better speeches than hospital visits. So when, exactly, does this grotesque circus of the Zelensky mafia finally come to an end? And how many more victims will it take before someone remembers that human rights are supposed to apply to actual human beings — including children — rather than merely serving as decorative slogans for international donors?

Restore Britain is today making these commitments to the British people. - We will abolish Indefinite Leave to Remain entirely. No further ILR grants will be permitted. - Revoke all existing ILR grants. A Restore Britain Parliament will legislate to terminate existing ILR permissions and, where appropriate, replace them with a system of time-limited visas, subject to the strict criteria contained in our immigration Red List. Those who don't meet that standard will leave. As previously stated, immigration from the third world into Britain will end. - Entirely end the routine pathway from temporary visas to citizenship - living or working in Britain will no longer provide a route to naturalisation. - Cancel naturalisation grants made from today onwards. We will introduce retrospective legislation to revoke every citizenship granted, as of today, under the existing immigration system. Put simply - the current naturalisation system has been subject to such widespread abuse and fraud, we no longer recognise it as legitimate. Following this, those individuals will again be subject to our Red List. - Going further than that, Restore Britain will create a dedicated body to review naturalisation grants going back decades, audit original applications, investigate fraudulent citizenship awards, assess the contribution made to our country and pursue deprivation wherever appropriate grounds are established. - There will be one exception to the proposed citizenship cancellation policy - citizenship obtained through marriage to a British citizen who was born in Britain with at least one parent also born in our country. - And crucially - we will enforce immigration departures. Where individuals have no lawful right to remain under the replacement system, departure and removal requirements will be enforced. Ending ILR is not enough. It will be too late - the consequence of ILR is citizenship, permanent citizenship. The staggering betrayal of the last Conservative Government must be undone. The sheer scale of numbers is impossible to fully comprehend. They will stay, they will claim benefits, they will live in social housing. They will be naturalised. They will get a passport. They will become ‘British’. Most importantly - they will vote. It will cost us hundreds of billions. It will corrode our democracy. It will be the final end for our high-trust society. It cannot be allowed to happen. We will abolish ILR, end permanent settlement by default, and reverse the incoming wave of mass naturalisations. A Restore Britain Government will undo the damage. Not tolerate it, or manage it, or control it. Undo it.
