Musk makes verification a false flag devoid of meaning and then spends verification resources hunting down false authenticity? What kind of nonsense... ? 🤔🧠💡

Wouldn't it be cool to have a calendar for ENERGY instead of for time? Because actually, to stay productive we need to focus more not on time management but on energy management instead.

When it comes to page-level configurations (page number, search filter, etc). I believe that state belongs in the URL It is better this way for sharing URL, reloading, other UX considerations `queryParamsHandling: 'merge'` and component input bindings solve this:

They delayed the release. Then they delayed it to Pro plans. Then they flat out denied it from anyone on a promo Pro plan. Meanwhile Opus 5.5 is objectively better on nearly every benchmark. Why bother with Google when they just screw over their customers repeatedly?

Working with LLMs initially felt like parenting a child. Then like managing a team: explaining, double-checking everything, rolling my eyes. Now it feels like college again: learning a ton, reading long texts I barely understand, asking endless questions, feeling stupid...

Trump is VERY WEAK on Putin. And VERY WEAK on Ukraine and democracy. Americans want better. Americans stand for Freedom. We oppose the dictator and hate the war criminal.

Decided to re-benchmark Opus 5.5 and Sol 6.1. Got better/worse? Slower/faster? More/less token hungry? Video tomorrow. But now I see Opus 5.5 *High* takes $20/mo 5h limit MUCH faster than Sol 6.1 High. Medium levels - roughly same limit usage. Effort level matters A LOT.

⚡️️What Russia's doing to Ukraine is 'fine,' Trump says. "Russia, frankly, has been fine on Ukraine. They haven't been doing much," Trump said, hours after a Russian drone strike in a public park killed six people, including two children. kyivindependent.com/what-rus…

This statement from the President of the United States of America, a position once also associated with the leader of the free world, is deeply disturbing. No one wants to end this war more than Zelenskyy. Putin does not. And why should he when Trump is trying to help him win? So disappointing. So embarrassing.

Let’s get three enemies of Ukraine together to talk about the future of Ukraine. Very bad idea.
BREAKING WSJ: Vladimir Putin has proposed that he, Trump, and Xi Jinping meet next month to talk about Ukraine in an attempt to negotiate an end to the four-year conflict that would favor Moscow. wsj.com/world/russia/putin-f…

Well said on Elon Musk, he's genuinely terrible
I'm definitely not anti-achievement and never criticized real achievements, including by Elon. I even own two Teslas. I do expose marketing stunts that, while cool on the surface, are not the achievements they are claimed to be. Compressed air thrusters might give you acceleration boosts in any direction. They might even make your car hover for a couple of seconds if you accept replacing the passenger seat by a 400 liter high-pressure air tank. But they are not a path to actual flying cars. The same way Burt Rutan's SpaceshipOne was never going to be a path to orbital flights (just bunny hops out of the atmosphere). I am anti-Musk when it comes to politics. His political actions, the massive dissemination of disinformation through X and other channels, and his support for authoritarian regimes and racist ideas have the effect of weakening democracy and weakening human decency and social progress around the world.

🇺🇦 Zelenskyy delivers a blunt message to the United States: “Just give us Starlink back. If you refuse, Ukraine will survive. We will continue defending ourselves with or without it. But why would you restrict a country fighting for its survival? Why make it harder for us to defend our people? I simply cannot understand the reasoning behind this decision. It is a mistake.” Ukraine isn’t asking America to fight its war. It’s asking America not to stand in the way of its defense.

Four sources identify Elon Musk as personally proposing Starshield restrictions to Trump, while three officials trace the order to the White House. Ukraine received no warning. Its interceptor drones were disrupted as Russia launched hundreds of drones and dozens of ballistic missiles. Whether this was deliberate sabotage remains unresolved.
Elon Musk reportedly proposed restrictions that crippled Ukraine’s Starshield drone defences during Russian attacks. Other sources traced the order to the White House. The deliberate slowdown raises questions about possible sabotage of Ukraine’s defences.

So the guy who birthed the idea of slowing down Starlink to aid Russia—a decision that resulted in death and risk to US personnel in Ukraine—is also the biggest donor to the Republican party and is single-handedly trying to tilt the Texas Senate race to the GOP. I have that right?
