TIP FOR FOUNDERS: ask your lead investors for all the diligence materials they produced on your company leading up to investment + why they made the decision to move forward and partner with you (memo, market study, outcome model, IC vote, legal work, team + founder assessment).

In the past I voted Democrat, because they were (mostly) the kindness party.
But they have become the party of division & hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote Republican.
Now, watch their dirty tricks campaign against me unfold … 🍿

All scared of the liability involved for blatant fraud, misstating of users/activity etc. brilliant move by @elonmusk as the directors/execs are potentially personally liable here to shareholders re the SEC. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a quick settlement in the low/mid $40’s
