• Brunson will appear in the season’s fifth episode, scheduled to air on Nov. 5 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. His role is being kept under wraps.
• The role comes after his close friendship with longtime Knicks fan Mariska Hargitay, who stars in and executive produces the upcoming season.
• After the Knicks won their first NBA Championship in 53 years back in June, Brunson said he would “try to get on ‘SVU'” when asked what he would do in the off season.

Thinking about seeing Come from Away at The Fox and sitting in front of Beverly Bass (the pilot from the musical) and behind Claude Elliott (the mayor of Gander at the time). Despite having seen the musical over 100 times, both had a visceral reaction to the performance.
