As part of the Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship Rwanda
#acceleration, this Monday,
#Cohort1Fellows kicked off the Usability Testing and
#Testbed Workshop, taking another important step from developing solutions to testing them in real-world learning environments.
The workshop introduces Fellows to
#usability testing and user-centered testing approaches, helping them observe how learners, teachers, and other users interact with their solutions, gather meaningful feedback, identify usability challenges, and understand what works and what needs improvement.
Through the
#testbed, Fellows will use real user experiences and evidence to validate assumptions, refine their products, improve usability, and make their solutions more relevant and responsive to the needs of Rwanda's education sector. This workshop will last for 3 days.
Over the past weeks, Fellows also have participated in workshops on
#Safeguarding,
#TheoryofChange,
#Finance and
#Marcomms, strengthening their approach to responsible innovation, impact measurement, brand positioning, storytelling, and strategic communication.
Each workshop builds on the previous one, moving Fellows closer to solutions that are not only innovative, but also usable, evidence-driven, context-relevant, and ready to scale.
