Very deep S waves with hardly any R wave. In fact, the R wave in V2 is so small that I would call that a QS wave. Absence of large R wave in V5-6, thus likely not LVH. Then some anterior ST elevation without a large T wave. I might be wrong, but I highly suspect it.
