Btrust’s long-term developer grant program is expanding beyond Africa, starting with Brazil 🇧🇷 and India 🇮🇳.
We’re excited to welcome three new developer grantees: @plebhash, @_oleonardolima, and @AnshSharma54105.
This expansion is being carried out in partnership with @Vinteum_org in Brazil and @bitshala_org in India, two organizations that have supported the developers’ growth and connected them to local Bitcoin communities.

Biresh was one of my @summerofbitcoin interns and worked on the server side of @stablechannels.
Running a Lightning Service Provider requires careful accounting and cybersecurity work, and Biresh did a great job.
I hope he keeps building in bitcoin! 🧡
My @summerofbitcoin journey with @stablechannels⚡
Built with @lightningdevkit server, I separated the LSP from LDK Server, migrated the live deployment, expanded the operator dashboard, improved the wallet-LSP protocol and prepared the Umbrel package.
Dollar stability, backed by Bitcoin.
Thanks @tonklaus for the mentorship! 🚀

@summerofbitcoin remains one of the largest pipelines bringing young, globally distributed talent into Bitcoin FOSS.
So freakin' cool: @akhil_dhyani's project to mod the @SeedSigner UI to work on super low budget / constrained screens!
Our SAME command & control logic, but a completely different (and challenging!) mode of user presentation + interaction!
Part of @summerofbitcoin '26!
I have recently been contributing to @SeedSigner under the mentorship of @KeithMukai, trying to port and represent the original screens under extremely constrained environments. It's been a while now, and I think the progress is good enough for a demo. Let me know your thoughts!
I've been working on potential escrow module for @fedimint that enables:
👉 Buyer/Seller escrow contracts
👉 Federation enforces contract rules and signature verification
👉 Arbiter assisted dispute resolution
👉 Trust-minimized fund custody through federations
how it works: ...

Thanks to @spiralbtc for supporting my work on Lightning Network security!
Also thanks to @summerofbitcoin for introducing me to Bitcoin & LN, and to my mentor Matt Morehouse 🙌
3 weeks @summerofbitcoin, 3 challenges: chain lens, coin smith, sherlock
