The people making the most noise in your community aren't always the ones keeping it alive.
Think about it.
Likes are visible. Replies are countable. Member growth looks good on a dashboard.
But who consistently welcomes newcomers, shares useful insights, amplifies others, and keeps conversations going when the hype dies down?
Those contributions don't always show up in engagement numbers.

I basically seat at the intersection of onboarding key web2 players/ professionals to web3 space through events.
I got onboarded to web3 through events, i have a community of 300+ members and most of my mutuals have gotten jobs through most of the events i have shared.
Event has made an impact on me & I have made an impact on people through EVENTs.
Now, this is just the beginning because if a single web3 event could onboard me as an engineer to web3.
Then more events i attend would onboard/impact the next set of web3 industry players.

It started in November 2025 with one problem: keeping X Spaces alive.
We ran a Space that went on for 26 hours. Somewhere in those hours we said: this room needs a presence that never leaves.
So we built our first Sentinel, King Spear.
Now we have Pixie. An AI person who joins your Space, listens, remembers who was there, and speaks when the room needs her.
Then came the leagues. Ascend, Speed, Elite. Real creators, real points for real support. Top creators get rewarded from paid partnerships.
And your points never reset. When the token launches, they decide your share of the airdrop.
