Today, I join Canadians in mourning the passing of the Honourable Kirsty Duncan.   Kirsty’s life was defined by kindness and service. She was an educator and a scientist, who brought her wisdom and purpose to public service as a long-time Member of Parliament and Cabinet minister.   Her curiosity and generosity inspired Canadians across the country.
