One year at @BlumeVentures, and it has been an amazing ride! :) 750+ candidate calls (and a lot of new relationships) ~40 hires across 23 portfolio companies 50% of the hires were L1s / senior leaders I got a front-row seat to some legendary founders’ journeys and helped solve some wild talent challenges along the way.
