📢 Whistleblower Summit | UK Parliament | Monday 2nd November, 2pm–5pm The APPG on Investment Fraud and Fairer Financial Services invites you to register your interest for a complimentary place at a special event in Parliament on the vital role whistleblowers play in society, and the need to protect them from retaliation. The summit is dedicated to the memory of whistleblower Simon Andriesz, who took his own life after reporting retaliation by his former employer. His case featured on BBC File on 4 Investigates. Simon had pleaded with the FCA for help, explaining that he and his family “were in crisis.” His death has led whistleblowers around the world to unite in condemning the regulator. As far as we know, this is the first time whistleblowers worldwide have spoken out together on behalf of a fellow whistleblower. Baroness Kramer has also spoken about Simon’s death in the Lords, and the case has received widespread media coverage. 🤝 Show your support for whistleblowers by attending. 👉 Register your interest for a free place: forms.gle/Y2wBQkc9TJhBGfxs9 🎧 BBC File on 4: bbc.co.uk/programmes/m002yx4… 📰 Press coverage: appgifffs.org/in-the-press #Whistleblowers #WhistleblowerProtection #UKParliament #FCA #APPGIFFFS #SimonAndriesz @appgonifandffs @WhistleUK @VigjilencaAbazi @CompassnInCare @psst_org @susanpjhawley @TransparencyUK @SafecallGB @stevemiddi1 @Carlier_J87 @johnmcdonnellMP @natalieben @J_Robertson_UK @MLorrM @Wftproof @WarmingtonRjw @ArturNadol7566 @IanByrneMP @SueFlood52

IMPORTANT! The link below takes you to a Press Statement by the APPG on Investment Fraud and Fairer Financial Services entitled: “WHISTLEBLOWERS AROUND THE WORLD UNITE IN THEIR CONDEMNATION OF THE UK’S FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY” As you’ll see, it has an accompanying anthology. As far as we know this is the first time whistleblowers around the world have spoken out together on behalf of a fellow whistleblower who has fallen. They are speaking out against @TheFCA's decision to not move forward with a proper independent 3rd party investigation into their handling of the whistleblowing of Simon Andriesz R.I.P., and a wider systemic review of how they have dealt with other whistleblowers. Instead, @TheFCA just wants to do a narrow, ‘mark their own homework’ exercise, which has caused outrage in some quarters. You can access the press statement and accompanying anthology through this link: appgifffs.org/wp-content/upl… Please do all you can share this important message. On 3 December 2025 I sent am email to @TheFCA asking for support and help, because of the number of cases I was supporting vulnerable people on, including suicide risk & actual suicides. These were all victims of bank & financial frauds & cover ups. I was undertaking the work pro bono & just asking for help. I enclosed the final letter of a man asking me to take on the bank and take care of his wife, he was going to kill himself whilst he could still afford to keep up the premiums on his life insurance, which because it had been in place past two years it would pay out on his suicide. Then he ended his life. All because the bank were repossessing his home to recoup its profits from a interest rate swap Hidden Credit Line, secured against the home without his knowledge via a Personal Guarantee. None of @TheFCA Board all copied in commented, apart from John Ball the Non Exec Director who sent this emoji - 😢 Asking if he meant it, in which case it was not a very suitable response, he ignored my emails. Leading me to the conclusion that he had facetiously sent a weeping emoji to his fellow Board members & accidentally copied me in. A view I still hold. The Complaints Commissioner subsequently found against me on every element of my complaint about this (see link). The CEO Mr Rathi & the FCA Executives are too busy, too important to meet with me, I was told. Clearly a few more early deaths amongst that annoying SME community, who keep asking for their money back, stolen by @NatWestGroup @LloydsBank & others, following the financial crash, is of no concern to 'busy' @TheFCA Executives. The response was received the same day we later learned that significant whistle-blower Simon Andriesz who had been reporting Epstein & Lutnick ties, sadly took his own life He blamed @TheFCA for failing to protect him from retaliation by Lutnick's firm & in particular, he blamed CEO Nikhil Rathi, for ignoring his pleas for help. Following Simon's death & my call in an email to the Complaints Commissioner for Nikhil Rathi to step down, they have now agreed to meet. But they have learned nothing, they have washed their hands of another @LloydsBank suicide risk case just 1 WEEK after the AGM. A black and white case where a dishonest Lloyds bank manager replaced a home mortgage at 2/base with commercial loans. Shortly afterwards they were charging him over 26% on the homes lending. His business destroyed by the debt servicing costs, he could no longer afford his mortgage. They have literally broken every Rule in the book on this case & then repeatedly misled the court & used dishonest underhanded tactics to get a possession order. Using an N120 'Home Repossession' form, they told the court it was an investment property/ commercial lending. They didn't submit the MANDATORY 2 copies of the N123 because the bank staff or legal team would have to sign a statement of truth that they had complied with all of the relevant FCA Rules before applying for possession (see below). They DID NOT comply with ANY of the Rules. Charlie Nunn and Sir Robing Budenburg have been made aware of the case and have a copy of my report setting out all of the regulatory failures & where the Court was misled. @TheFCA said - we can't do anything and Lloyds have given him some extra time, YES 3 WEEKS to demand payment in full before they repossess. He has told me he will not leave there alive. @TheFCA Executives & staff know that, @LloydsBank know that, their counsel & legal team (who will be named( know that. But they all REFUSE to HELP. This is now a PUBLIC RECORD of events. I for one do not see how @TheFCA Executives & staff, failing to take action over specific, known Rule breaches & failing to protect a consumer in order not to expose @LloydsBank & their legal team, who have misled the courts and perverted the course of justice could possibly be - 'exercising a Public Function.' The question is then, if they are acting in bad faith (what else can it be) can & should @TheFCA its Executives & relevant staff face misfeasance in public office and potential Corporate Manslaughter investigations? And after the multiple early deaths and suicides relating to the behaviours @LloydsBank BSU, which is where the wrongdoing in this case would have taken place, isn't about time such charges were considered in relation to the Chair, CEO & Executives at that bank? frccommissioner.org.uk/wp-co… @BankConfidenti1 @TransparencyTF @appgonifandffs @johnmcdonnellMP @IanByrneMP @labourlewis @JohnHealey_MP @andyburnham @EmilyBuchanan1 @jameshurley @andyverity @ArturNadol7566 @Wftproof @MLorrM @CompassnInCare @mickmor16921994 @james_glanville @CarshaltonArt @bleating_lamb @paulpygmy02 @johncock_wayne @JohnCleese @JohnCena @EricIdle @BomberMorgan

Trying to expose these things & trying to support/ help people being turned over by banks is not a mission its just what you're faced with if you understand the Rules & how properly employing them can protect people. The very Rules @TheFCA & their predecessors wrote to protect consumers. Surely they should respect the fact I do understand them & apply them for the protection of vulnerable people. But no, instead I am seen by @TheFCA as an enemy, their vindictive actions ended my career, I can live with that I built a new one, I'm not a great businessman but I am an entrepreneur I'll always find a way to make a living. If I have to sweep a street to pay the bills I will. The point was simple, I have a business, I have a career but when I'm at 7 days a week trying to support vulnerable people, I was exhausted, just asking for help. I'm still at that level, but dealing every day with people in such distress takes its toll. People say take it easier don't take too much on. I say give me 10 requests where vulnerable/ suicidal people are in danger of losing their businesses, homes, marriages, family's & sanity tell me which 5 I should ignore and which 5 I should help because I have the time. I simply asked @TheFCA for help' I asked them to do their job, so I don't have to write off all the spare time in my life doing it for them. I'm still asking that because I want/ need a life back but in the interim some of us will keep trying to get SMEs/ consumers justice regardless. But I di not expect this response... @BankConfidenti1 @TransparencyTF

Completely right Hester. @TheFCA should not investigate itself & no one should support it in doing so. Just like the IRHP Review, the Griggs Review, the Foskett Panel etc. @TheFCA will be trying to line up their 'Useful Idiots' to try & get away with this. Respect to @labourlewis for having standards and standing by them. After a decade trying to expose major disclosures by leading high street banks @Nat_Worst we just just felt like we were hitting a brick wall. But supported by @TransparencyTF @appgonifandffs we are now finding strong support from morale and ethical MPs. For a long period our only advocate but worthy & formidable advocate was @normanlamb he supported the disclosures Mark Wright & our whistle-blower connections made. That support for the disclosures & victims is growing alongside our work with TTF. Thank you to all supporting justice for victims of bank misbehaviours and frauds the vulnerable people are still left in the wake of the injustices and cover ups since 2008. @mpsusanmurray @IanByrneMP @Steffanaquarone @premnsikka @johnmcdonnellMP

The reason why all dsar are defective is due to debt added to SME’s without their knowledge. The courts are continually mislead due to fake documents and the law firms are now complicit as I am trying to educate said law firms on what is genuine documents so perjury and contempt of court can be avoided. @NatWestGroup & @UlsterBank are aware of their crimes as are certain law firms where greed comes first. NatWest Ceo and entire risk committee fully aware of scale of the fraud against the Irish and U.K. SME’s @efgbricklayer @nw_nicholas @Ian_Fraser @stevemiddi1 @CarshaltonArt @jameshurley
But what happens to those from Banks who have fraudulently induced parties into hidden derivatives? #HowIrelandWorks ⁦@jameshurley⁩ independent.ie/irish-news/co…

Dear Baroness Noakes, Let's talk about vulnerable people... I have been working with Mark Wright @Nat_Worst for 10 years, he is the vulnerable whistle-blower, who spent 5 years reporting the market abuse statement put out on the @NatWestGroup intranet on 17 September 2008. just after Lihmen went under Chris Sullivan put out a statement on the banks intranet, telling advisers & managers like Mark to reassure all staff & customers to keep their shares, trust the bank it was "well capitalised". He did that, the staff were misled, his friends & colleagues who kept their shares, many of them their life savings, then lost 90% of that money in the next 6 months. The statement was removed in January 2009, then the bank & senior executives including Campbell, Hester, Sullivan etc. lied that it never happened. In 2011 you moved from KPMG where that firm had covered up the HBOS Reading fraud by then for circa 5 years. Not your area I know but you worked closely with John Griffith Jones, who as managing partner conveniently forgot that cover up when later Chair of @TheFCA 'Birds of a feather...' His mental health failing, struggling to cope with the cover up, Mark contacted you in your role on the Risk Committee. He asked for and then gradually begged for your support, help and intervention and help - 42 TIMES He was in real distress, mentally unsound by then after all of the deceit, suicidal... You did not not only fail to help, you did not even acknowledge his communications - disgraceful behaviour. How dare you talk about supporting vulnerable people! I now call on you to: 1. Come clean and admit your knowledge over the 2008 Sullivan Market Abuse Statement & the cover up, and; 2. Apologise profusely to Mark Wright for participating in the cover up a crime that cost loyal @NatWestGroup staff billions in share value losses. If you will not do either then; in a few weeks that have seen the tragic suicide of significant whistle-blower @SAndriesz & the welcome justice exonerating the scapegoated alleged LIBOR riggers like @robilypj I call on you to: a) Self report your knowledge of a serious market abuse crime, to the Serious Fraud Office. b) Admit your complicity in the cover up of that crime. c) Admit your failure to support Mark Wright as a significant whistle-blower. d) Step down from your position as a Peer & never dare mention vulnerable people again after your disgraceful treatment of Mark. @efgbricklayer @BomberMorgan @normanlamb @StansfeldPCC @TransparencyTF @appgonifandffs @johnmcdonnellMP @premnsikka @mpsusanmurray @IanByrneMP @andyverity @jameshurley @EmilyBuchanan1 @Ian_Fraser @ArturNadol7566 @financialeyes @CarshaltonArt @mickmor16921994 @bleating_lamb @johncock_wayne @james_glanville @MLorrM @Wftproof

Surely questions must be asked as to how they found an 'independent' investigator, decided she should join @TheFCA agreed terms & she was suddenly available to investigate the matter within a week after @SimonAndriesz death. An ex @bankofengland personnel, working there through substantial periods when Bailey was there, another lawyer from Slaughter & May, the perpetrators of the mass culling of SME's in the Asset Protection Scheme along with Bailey, Rathi and Woods all protecting each other backs. This is not independence & there is no attempt at any genuine investigation into regulatory failure, cover up and culpability. I can spot this approach a mile off, backs against the wall after an inexcusably arrogant, dismissive & disinterested approach to whistle-blowers risks, exposure & threatened mental health, its get all of our pals around us. When I asked why David Geale had not answered three simple questions on Hidden Credit Lines in response to @johnmcdonnellMP letter, instead suggesting our whistle-blowers should expose themselves to a broken/ corrupt @TheFCA whistle-blower service, I was told: "We can't bypass the whistle-blower service" To which I responded well Andrew Bailey did when he 'groomed Mark Wright' sending emails on a Sunday & at midnight asking Mark to bring his disclosures only to him. Mark did that, he named the signature forgery trainer at Broadland Business Park, gave internal presentations proving @NatWestGroup were de-banking customers & intentionally defaulting them in GRG. The reply was that is a very emotive word 'grooming', to which I replied: '"Well what do you call @TheFCA CEO drawing in & abusing a vulnerable whistle-blower to ensure his disclosures all 'bypass the whistle-blower team', so Bailey could cover up the frauds in GRG & get the economic benefit of the Governor of @bankofengland role". No whistle-blower with any degree of intelligence would trust the corruption in @TheFCA puppets of their City Masters. @BankConfidenti1 @efgbricklayer

🕯️Remembering Simon Andriesz: a whistleblower who stood up for what was right 🕯️ It is with great sadness that we share the news that Simon Andriesz, a valued member of our community, passed away last week. Simon spent 35 years in the securities industry before becoming a whistleblower. His disclosures were later validated in part: the Commodity Futures Trading Commission gave him a formal whistleblower award, and HM Revenue & Customs issued a substantial determination concerning matters he had raised. Simon’s case was featured in the hard-hitting BBC File on 4 Investigates broadcast on 14 July 2026, Epstein Files: Lutnick, the Royals and the British Whistleblower: 🎙️ bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m002yx… Shortly after, he spoke publicly for the first time at a Transparency Task Force event on the FCA's handling of his case, describing the personal cost of coming forward to his career, his health, and his family. Watch the TTF event and hear Simon's story in his own words: transparencytaskforce.org/th… Whistleblowing can be an isolating path, and Simon's experience was a reminder of how much whistleblowers sacrifice and how much more support they deserve. We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. A tribute article dedicated to Simon by TTF community member Paul Callin: transparencytaskforce.org/wp… If you are a whistleblower or victim and are struggling, you don't have to go through this alone. Samaritans can be reached free, any time, on 116 123. TTF will do all we can to help ensure that lessons are learned; even by those organisations that seem highly resistant to learning them - more on that in due course.

Steve, I'm with you on this, especially your last paragraphs. I admire Paul Carlier's whistleblowing history same as I admire Eileen Chubb's. What's happening between them right now doesn't add up to me, it almost like someone else is behind that account at the moment. Before I knew anything about WBUK something already felt off to me. Then they reached out asking me to get involved with their APPG and I politely declined. Not long after that a flood of messages started, and that pretty much confirmed what I'd already picked up on. Genuine whistleblowers don't need to attack @CompassnInCare to make their point.

We dont even know Paul Carlier he doesn't know anything about us and yet he is attacking us. We have never engaged with him at all or done anything wrong to warrent such attacks. The small number of individuals who are acting as flying monkeys for #WBUK is absolutely mystifying. When the truth is all exposed ( which it will be) there is going to be a lot of questions as to why some people defended the indefensible to the very last. Paul Carlier knows nothing about us other than what #WBUK are feeding him which is absolute rubbish and blatant lies.

Steve Middleton's @stevemiddi1 account matches everything I have found writing about whistleblowers over the year. I have written tens of posts on this subject and built direct relationships with several of the people involved. Every one of them shows the same pattern, honesty, personal cost, and zero interest in any kind of bounty hunter model built around payouts and fees. Mark Wright's story and what Steve Middleton describes happening to him over the hidden credit lines on swaps fits that pattern closely. The job loss comes first, immediately, as a direct result of speaking up, not something remembered or reconstructed afterward. Eileen Chubb @CompassnInCare and @BankConfidenti1 have done this work pro bono for years. That track record speaks for itself. I genuinely recommend following Steve Middleton @stevemiddi1. He is worth your time, and I think this swaps hidden credit line issue he has been raising will end up as next scandal after Post Office, that breaks through to the wider public. @MLorrM @Victoria_Rixon @JohnCleese @johnmcdonnellMP @premnsikka

Dear Paul, I will respond to you directly. I do not & will not support your criticism of Eileen & @CompassnInCare they have worked selflessly for decades to support & protect 'genuine' whistle-blowers'. Unlike many 'get rich quick' schemes I have seen in the last decade including the SME Alliance directors, the Fair Business Banking APPG secretariat & I believe based on my own experience & evidence WBUK. Quite frankly your attack on a decent, honest whistle-blower support organisation is disgraceful & I am now embarrassed to be associated with you in any way. You were made redundant by @LloydsBank & then stated that it was because you were a whistle-blower & had made PIDA disclosures, but unless I'm mistaken you then admitted: "I followed the model whistle-blower policy to the letter in 2014. HOWEVER, it still falls significantly short of what an employee MUST include in their disclosures for them to be protected.” So whilst you suggest you are an expert on such matters, you then admitted in Protect disclosures, you didn't actually whistle-blow or knew if you'd done it or knew how to do it. The whistle-blowers approaching @CompassnInCare begging for help & protection do not get made redundant from a high paid job & then 'remember' they were a whistle-blower. They simply tell the truth & then lose their jobs. livelihoods, sometimes their homes & often their homes, family lives, marriages and mental health. Mark Wright was a top earner in @NatWestGroup earning over £110,00 per annum in 2012, plus benefits when his mental health was destroyed over the pressure they put him under when he was attempting to expose a multi-billion market abuse issue. I was earning a good living as an IFA whilst believing I was helping @TheFCA Executives, by explaining the huge fraud over Hidden Credit lines on swaps from 2013 on. I faced false allegations on unauthorised activity from my Network MD, when my son in law was terminally ill in 2014, when we were looking after my grandchildren & taking them to the Freeman hospital almost daily to see their dad before his expected death. The MD Steve Jones said because I refused to meet him within days, it was unnaceptable. I said we'll know within 2 weeks if he lives or dies (after a failed heart valve operation), I'll meet you next month. They ignored my concerns, I was suspended, my income frozen & not allowed to speak to or meet my long term clients (some clients for over 20 years & in the middle of complex deals), when they resigned me I asked for the evidence on the allegations. They then admitted they had none & even stated that no one had a right to suggest I had done anything wrong. I had been suspended by one of the Largest IFA, networks, my reputation trashed & they ruined my business & career. It was a very dark time. Mark & know what the price is for being a whistle-blower & I'll be straight, it doesn't start with losing your job & working it out afterward. That's why Mark & I set up BankConfidential in 2017, both having lost 25 year impeccable careers for having spoken up. We met with you asked if you wanted to get involved in BC in the Grange Hotel in Holborn, London. You weren't interested unless it was all about your case. Those are the facts. Mark and I have spent 9 years supporting bank whistle-blowers pro-bono. Mark put £60k from his pension to support BC & I have paid for travel hotels etc. as I said to Eileen earlier "ignoring our time we are circa £100k out of pocket but have never asked any whistle-blower to pay us or commit to doing so" Mark & others, I won't mention but copied in (people with integrity I'm happy to name) at one time even paid one whistle-blowers wages so he didn't lose his home, whilst I ran his case & got him a deal pro bono. That is commitment, that is integrity! BC was set up on the basis of 'there will never be another Mark Wright', if we could do anything to stop that. We have on many occasions & managed negotiations that have saved careers and much more. We never asked for a penny, we have substantial banking & financial expertise & some very high level supporters, despite the fact we operate on a shoestring. But we a re a minnow & in the world of whistleblowing support @CompassnInCare Eileen and her organisation, their history, helpine & support is a whale & you should respect that. Unlike the Fair Business Banking APPG you call on for support who've taken hundreds of thousands from banks who destroyed the SME's they allegedly represent (but fail to), or WBUK who were chasing the same 'filthy lucre'. WBUK have no track record I am aware of in proving anything other than a desire to have a pass to Parliament, funding from a US firm chasing 40% fees from pay outs, lobbying prospects & the potential of huge rewards If the US bounty style payments came in. A great prospect for gold diggers... You asked for a straight response, I've given it. I & @BankConfidenti1 stand by Eileen, her organisation, her integrity & the selfless way the BUPA 7 turned persecution & desperation into a great charity that has supported thousands of 'genuine' whistle-blowers. You have your answer... @BankConfidenti1 @efgbricklayer @normanlamb @johnmcdonnellMP @TransparencyTF @premnsikka @BambosMP @IanByrneMP @NeilForPoole @MLorrM @CarshaltonArt @bleating_lamb @james_glanville @Wftproof @labourlewis @johncock_wayne @hungrybankrupt @nw_nicholas @Ian_Fraser @jameshurley @andyverity @EmilyBuchanan1 @JohnCena @ArturNadol7566 @JamesMelville

BC fully supports Steve’s comments regarding Eileen and Compass in care BankConfidential was founded because Steve and I know from direct experience the very real personal cost that can follow when someone speaks up about serious wrongdoing. We have spent years supporting people facing those consequences, often quietly and entirely pro bono. We have never believed that vulnerable people who come forward should become a commercial opportunity for others. That is why integrity matters so much to us. Eileen and Compassion in Care have earned our respect through years of commitment to supporting people who have spoken up, often when those individuals are frightened, isolated and facing enormous personal and professional pressure. There will always be disagreements within the whistleblowing community about policy, legislation and the best way forward. But those disagreements should never obscure the contribution made by people and organisations who have spent years helping others without seeking personal reward. BankConfidential therefore stands firmly alongside Eileen and Compassion in Care and fully supports the principle that genuine whistleblower support must always put the individual first. For us, this has never been about money, status or access. It has always been about ensuring that somebody who tells the truth does not have to face the consequences alone.

Thank you Eileen, I thought so too. I believe in Edna's law as a basis for removing the defunct PIDA, that fails to provide any protection for whistle-blowers. As I said though I'd also like to discuss indemnity for whistle-blowers. I agree with you that whistle-blowers should not be significantly rewarded for doing what they should do, tell the truth & protect the public. But I also think that people whose careers are destroyed as mine & Mark's were & so many others were, should if proven genuine be indemnified for their loss of earnings. This is a very important area, it's all about integrity, not ego or money, I for one would support your organisation to be the leaders in any approach to Parliament or as an APPG to get the change we need & Edna's law endorsed & adopted. @BankConfidenti1 @appgonifandffs @TransparencyTF @normanlamb @johnmcdonnellMP @premnsikka @IanByrneMP @efgbricklayer @mpsusanmurray @labourlewis @NeilForPoole @andyburnham @JohnHealey_MP @EmilyBuchanan1 @jameshurley @andyverity @efgbricklayer @mickmor16921994 @CarshaltonArt @bleating_lamb @datglynn @JohnCena @AlliMiddleton1 @ArturNadol7566 @ianhtyler @MLorrM @Wftproof @Ian_Fraser @MaryKapadia

Hi Nick, We had a good discussion with @CompassnInCare today about the requirement for ditching PIDA & getting proper laws to protect whistleblowers. I support the basis of Edna's Law but want to build in an indemnity for whistleblowers. Keep the integrity, don't reward Whistle-blowers for doing what they should but when they are blackballed, if by clearly proven retaliation, replace their lost income. We intend to set up a group of trusted people to discuss, I know you are retired now (tell Farage...) but its an important issue we need to move forward. Are you interested on being involved? @TransparencyTF @appgonifandffs @financialeyes @BankConfidenti1 @Nat_Worst

I will not be popular for saying this but its time for the UK to wake up. Banks & large corporates properly advised realised 25 years ago that final salary pension schemes were a poison chalice. They all moved to money purchase. The Public Sector however, insisted on their rights & whether you cut grass for the council or run the Council/ or a Government department they all wanted their golden handcuffs deals. The Portcullis house scheme for politicians & their supporters was particularly obscene. One of the local councillors, head of property & development told me how he was so blessed with the scheme. The next time we met he was blocking development by small developers I represented in a key area, a major developer with Hull Council connections wanted. I didn't trust him, did some digging & found he was on the European sex offenders register, for taking his under age boyfriend to a hotel in Ireland. I notified the council of my concerns, they threatened to sue me. Mandelson and that appalling man, who later went to prison for child pornography pictures on his laptop = guaranteed pension income at a level the country can't afford. Until interest rates went up the UK had circa £4 Trillion of assets (Brown sold the Gold & Blair & Mandelson made sure JP Morgan had their slice of the cake) but over £5.5 Trillion of debt, of which circa £2 Trillion plus was final service Public Sector pension schemes. Public sector pension are bankrupting the UK economy why do politicians never discuss this. Is it perhaps because of their circa £90k pa salary, tens of thousands in expenses (usually their spouse pretending to run an office), home subsidies and subsidised food/ drink, they are earning a fortune from a pension scheme the UK cannot afford. Whilst Nurse's & Police Officers have relied on food banks. Wake up Britain...

Dear Julian, your response to me did not answer any of the questions I asked. The NECC have confirmed to me directly that their investigation was shut in 2023 and WILL NOT be reopened. I am challenging this because I can find no evidence you have done aything in 4 years. You did not appear on a TTF meeting & it was not a public meeting, you simply told a third party to state you hadn't had a deal. T=You didn't mention any other family member or connected party as I had asked you to confirm. In 2022 you asked me to spend a month putting together crucial evidence you described as fantastic and would lead to a meeting with the NCA as leading evidence, the same line you spun to @Nat_Worst You have now told me you did nothing with that evidence in 4 years, you did not even submit it to the NCA. That evidence not only proved that @NatWestGroup were fabricating files is proved: 1. That the Hidden credit Lines were part of a customers credit liabilities. 2. That @NatWestGroup had disclosed dozens if not hundreds of fabricated documents in court disclosure in the Perks v RBS case. 3. That the Perks were the victims of a miscarriage of Justice that cost them millions. Why did you ask for the evidence and then do nothing with it? I am challenging @NCA_UK because they cannot explain why the refused to meet a whistle-blower who was trained @NatWestGroup by the Regional Directors wife to forge signatures. The @NCA_UK also misled Parliament stating in cases like @efgbricklayer that they had investigated the case when they had not even spoken to him. @TheFCA had a vested interest in closing this down because former CEO Andrew Bailey now Governor of @bankofengland had the signature forgery trainers name in the Norfolk region & the name of the whistle-blowers exposing this before he misled @CommonsTreasury that the FCA did not know who they were & were 'trawling their files for evidence', when it was all in his in box, as @BankConfidenti1 can prove. You were in control of confidential financial information from circa 800 individuals, I am now told that some people have electronic copies of that information & have set up a claims firm to exploit it. Tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of bank fraud victims have lost businesses, homes and much more due to banks fabricating loan, personal guarantee and security documents. As custodian of the campaign how dare you do nothing in 4 years and pretend it is still running... I am calling on you publicly to explain what you know, whether and how other parties got their hands on the confidential information & to hand over what you are clearly not capable of running to @appgonifandffs I will keep investigating & I will get to the bottom of this. Victims of bank fraud are owed Justice & you are clearly not the person to deliver that for them. @efgbricklayer @MLorrM @ArturNadol7566 @mickmor16921994 @CarshaltonArt @TransparencyTF @james_glanville @hungrybankrupt
