Changes are coming 🚨 (not really)
My primary content will still be Starfield and space RPG stuff. But with my debut science fiction novel, The Callisto Connection, coming later this month, I’m making a little room for the author side of me here too.
I’m bringing back the Captain’s Log series, too!👀
I’m also planning occasional game reviews focused on story, characters, dialogue, and how I feel about the writing.
And YES, there will be occasional shameless self-promotion of the book. I wrote a whole damn novel, and I'm gonna tell folks about it.😂

Congratulations, @JayDook!
Your effort on The Callisto Connection really comes through. You took a strong story and kept refining it until it had real depth and a distinct character of its own.
A real achievement. 🫡
Wishing you every success with the launch and everything that follows.
Final read-through is complete!
We are mere days away.
The digital edition will become available first, the print versions won't be too far behind (probably just a few days). I will definitely share links once they become available.

It's been a joy to watch Jay's journey with The Callisto Connection unfold before my eyes.
Jay has put some serious work into building his novel and wasn't satisfied with just writing it. He took an already engaging story and turned it into something truly remarkable.
And here he is, days away from launch.
Here's to you @JayDook! You are truly an inspiration and proof of what can be done with just a bit of effort and a dream!
I, for one, cannot wait to own a copy.

Today, I start the final end-to-end read-through of my book. This is the actual home stretch. Once the read-through is complete and any edits are finalized, the book will be done, locked, and submitted to Amazon.
It’s almost time.

I will releasing these every few days until I catch up! This was one of my favorites.
For the September 19 #StarbornSaturday, we traded detail for shape and let the silhouettes tell the story.
Submissions featured bold outlines, bright skies, and a lot of Captains knew exactly where to stand.
Recap videos (1&2) attached.

Life has a way of placing us on paths where the destination is blurry and the road ahead seemingly endless. To make things harder, oftentimes the weight of everything behind us can make each step forward just a little bit more difficult than the last.
When you feel this way, fix your eyes on the horizon and keep moving forward, even if the darkness surrounds you.
It's important to remember that the horizon is simply a boundary that marks the limit of what we can currently see, not the limit of what's actually ahead.
The darkness of the present does not diminish tomorrow's light. No night has ever prevented the dawn from coming.
My advice: just keep moving forward, even when the dark horizon is all you can see.
Eventually, the sun will shine on you.

One more night closes in Starfield, and I am one day closer to a day I've been working towards for 396 days. I can't wait. #amwriting

Chromatic Cosmos is today's theme. My favorite aspect of the game is exploring all the planets and moons and getting to see how each is so different but beautiful in their own ways. #StarbornSaturday
