Thrilled to share that our paper is out in @NatureCancer! We used #scRNAseq, multiplexed spatial imaging, and eCLIP to study the cellular cooperation and transcriptional network in C19MC-driven #ETMR.

We identify distinct cellular cooperation of malignant cell types. Targeting this cooperation network with #FGFR and #NOTCH inhibitors is highly effective in ETMR cells. Importantly, #erdafitinib therapy resulted in partial response in one heavily pre-treated ETMR patient.
