The objective for FY 2027 is continuing to grow LTC per share through active treasury management.
Digital asset treasury capital has concentrated heavily in Bitcoin, leaving one of the longest-operating and lowest cost payment networks underrepresented relative to its fifteen-year record. Regulatory clarity is closing that gap, and
@LitecoinVM broadens Litecoin's utility beyond payments.
Lite Strategy offers institutional capital direct access to that opportunity, a regulated, liquid, publicly traded vehicle without the custody complexity of holding the asset. As an investor in the network itself, the Company benefits as adoption of Litecoin expands, an alignment passive vehicles cannot offer.
With a full fiscal year of operating record and no outstanding debt, the next phase is direct engagement with banking partners, analysts and allocators.
