That’s right we ARE breaking the Hollywood status quo! Let’s goooo!
Alex Rodriguez's production company, Mason Media, is breaking Hollywood standards with an all-female exec team:
CEO & Co-Founder: Nora Ali
COO: Dana Z. Currier
SVP: Amanda McPhillips
My @WomenInFilm study found that only 18% of independent production company owners are women.

Dear people who host cool events and such:
I’m preparing a dope 35-40min program of string quartet music with three fellow musicians for a private gig.
This means we’ll have all this repertoire ready to go.
If you want us to play at your event or host a concert… DM 🎻

At no point in my life did I accurately predict where I’d be in 5 years, and I think that’s pretty cool

I said some THINGS in this interview. @calum_johnson9 asks great questions, many that I hadn't heard before. Pls watch (or listen anywhere you get your pods) and follow Calum!
Careers are changing. No longer do you have to stay at 1 job for 30-40 years.
@NoraKAli is the ultimate example of this.
She started in banking, made the pivot into tech before breaking into media as a news anchor & now owns her own media company.
In this episode she shares exactly what made her successful in these different fields & the struggles that come with constantly striving...

My favorite people are those who can communicate with few words.
Trying to get better at it.

My mom to my 5-yr-old niece: “should we find Nora Khala a husband?”
Niece: (furiously) “NO!!”
Mom: “wow, why not?”
Niece: “because I love Nora Khala just the way she is now” 😭😭😭

There’s currently a bug on @bumble where every man is either 5’7” or 5’11” and it just alternates every other person.
I went thru like n=40 profiles. For research.

I told myself I wouldn’t travel for a minute. Managed to stay in NYC for a whole 3 weeks, and now I’ve somehow found myself at the airport.
See ya soon, MN!
