A convicted sex offender who boasted that it was a successful 'Onlyfans' model failed to notify police after leaving prison and has now been jailed for 12 months โ after challenging the court and the judge and claiming discrimination.
Christina Moore, 68, previously of Chandlerโs Ford and now of no fixed address, failed to report to police within three days of being released on February 1.
A jury convicted Moore in absence on October 13. At sentencing at Southampton Crown Court, Moore disputed the proceedings, denied being subject to sex-offender notification requirements and accused the judge of discrimination.
Judge Nigel Peters KC rejected those arguments.
The court heard Moore had repeatedly breached notification requirements and appeared before the courts on numerous occasions. Prosecutor Kate Davies said previous convictions made the latest offence more serious.
Moore also asked to be identified as Angela Fullerton. The judge noted that Moore had previously requested the name Danielle Edney, having earlier been known as Christina Moore.
Judge Peters said Moore had refused to attend the trial from Winchester prison and had been given sufficient opportunity to obtain legal representation.
Moore had been in custody since February and was also serving a prison recall, which the court heard was due to end on October 29. Time served on that recall could not count towards the new sentence.
The judge identified 21 months as the appropriate prison term before reducing it to 12 months.
His message was blunt: โThat is the law whether you like it or not.โ
Several years ago, Moore paraded its body on Onlyfans and built up a considerable following. However, a court order for a sexual offence banned it from social media making many fans unhappy.
One man said: "Im absolutely gutted. Christina was a real woman, not like some of these other fake girls nowadays"
