The real-world patient is often the one the trial did not randomize. At #COGC2026, Dr. Amol Akhade (@SuyogCancer) of Fortis Hospital discussed the reality of community oncology: more biomarkers, more treatment choices, changing guidelines - and patients with comorbidities, financial constraints, and complex lives.
