A family physician by training, Dr. Daniels earned her medical degree at Wayne State University and completed her family medicine residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School’s Ghent Family Practice. She went on to complete a clinical research fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina and to earn a Master of Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Karan joined me as I presented to the Hem-Onc division ongoing efforts to grow a Center of Excellence in Precision Oncology at @BrownUnivHealth and later in the evening at my @KelleyBizMed MBA class discussing the future of healthcare in America including interesting discussions about AI. Karan was an outstanding crew member as we went out on Narragansett Bay to Warren, Rhode Island for dinner and returned after dark navigating the charts back to Bullock Cove without incident.
