Elon Musk flips a vehicle upside down and everyone claps and cheers. But when I do it, suddenly I'm "recklessly endangering children" and "unfit to be a school bus driver".

If anyone is having problems running Windows update after running the remove windows AI script, using revert on the script doesn't seem to work. The way I resolved the problem is with a repair install on a 26H2 ISO. Update works again.

And that's ultimately all the AI industry is. It's a large scale rug pull. These models will never be profitable on their own and rely entirely on investor income. That's why they're panicking to try to IPO before it's too late. Because that's just more investment income that they can siphon off of people. As soon as the investment income dries up, every one of these companies is going bankrupt. Because they are all cash flow negative. Even Google, a company that literally prints money, went cash flow negative for their first time in their entire existence as a result of AI last quarter. Not even Google can make this tech profitable.
AI is literally a scam, the most sophisticated scam ever. They created a machine that mimics the output of intelligence. Then told everyone it was really intelligent — an impossibility, but the illusion was convincing. Based on that deception, they fleeced investors of trillions.

This is exactly what's making YouTube unwatchable today. @TeamYouTube, how does this not blatant violate the TOS?
by Dec 31st, I'll hit 1M+ views on a new YouTube channel that my AI agent runs for me calling it my last challenge of 2026 💪 a few days ago, one of my explainer videos did 600K impressions on X, so I started a YouTube channel that runs completely on its own it’s called "How It Actually Works" every day, it picks a topic, writes the script, makes the video and posts it so far, it has covered interesting topics like how Shazam recognizes a song in seconds, what really happens when you delete a file, and how a contactless card works without a battery and this is my calendar - every green check is a video that went out by itself, and the blue ones are already queued up the whole setup is Revid making the videos and Squad running the agent that picks topics, writes and schedules them via PostSyncer this is going to be fun 🤩 nitter.siddz.com/tibo_maker/status/2105…

He's 100% right. It's not consciousness and it never will be. It's just math.
Ben Affleck says AI is simply matrix multiplication, linear algebra and floating point calculations, and however convincingly it sounds like a person, it has nothing to do with thought, humanity or feeling “Nor do I believe, and I think it’s important to draw the distinction between what AI does, which is simply predict the next token or the next word in a sentence, then add that word on, run it back to the machine, do a lot of computation and pick the next word." "That is a very different thing than sentience or thought. And I think we need to be really clear about that because it can be convincingly, in an illusory way, sound like thought or like a person." "But let’s be real clear. This is matrix multiplication. This is linear algebra. These are floating point calculations. It has nothing to do with thought, humanity, or feeling.”

I was just thinking about a problem that I don't think the AI industry has considered, or they have and they're just not wanting to talk about it. But I hear people all the time claim but the only reason AI is unprofitable is because they're building out the infrastructure. Once the infrastructure is done then the prophet will come. But this assumes AI infrastructure is like other infrastructure projects. Like I've heard AI Bros compare it to the highway system or the railroad system. But the difference here is that when you build a highway you don't have to rebuild it in 3 years. Data centers, the buildings themselves, are cheap. They don't cost anything compared to what goes inside of them. The servers are what's expensive and there a depreciating resource. A GPU in a data center has a 3 year lifespan. After 3 years you not only have a generational gap that you have to meet or your competitors will beat you but you've been pumping so much power through that GPU that there's not much left of it at that point. And that's not even taking into account the cooling for these servers and the power requirements. Some of these data centers are talking about building their own nuclear power plants. That's not expensive maintenance? So the infrastructure costs are reoccurring. They're never going to go away. So where's the profit going to come from?

Gabe did it again. "Epic" meltdown incoming. 🤣😂😅
Steam just got a little faster. Valve has released a new Steam update that improves startup performance. In a user test, Steam launched in 5.23 seconds, beating the 5.47 seconds claimed by Epic “vibe-coded” launcher Now Steam has pushed a major update and is faster than epic games >Improved startup performance >New Big Picture features >A new screensaver system, including the classic bouncing Steam logo >Steam Controller improvements > Several Linux improvements and fixes >A new experimental video codec for Remote Play >Lots of smaller fixes and quality-of-life improvements

Game companies busted using AI again. Now why would they lie if AI is so good? Is it because they don't want the generative AI label on Steam that will tank their sales? @Steam, is a generative AI label going to be enforced here? What are the ramifications of lying about it like they clearly have? I just looked at the store page and there is no generative AI label.
Battlefield 6 is facing another AI controversy. Players are accusing EA of using generative AI for some paid cosmetics after spotting strange details in recent items. One sticker shows what looks like an M4A1 with two barrels, while other cosmetics have similarly weird details. The use of AI hasn’t been confirmed, but the controversy is going viral because DICE previously said generative AI assets would not ship in Battlefield 6.

Right here @TeamYouTube, this is what has made YouTube unusable. The constant stream of AI slop that has taken over the platform is hurting everyone's channels because no one wants to use YouTube anymore. I can't even use the homepage anymore because it's literally unusable. I have to go to the subscription tab just to get a reasonable homepage. Because the YouTube homepage is an AI slop feed. How does this not violate the terms of service?

Nothing says we only track license plates not people like a "license plate reader" on a pedestrian bridge. 🙄🙄
Nothing says "land of the free" like a Flock camera on a pedestrian bridge that tracks everyone who walks across it. How is this not the "Big Brother" Orwell warned us about?
