Something to put a spring in your step - this imbecile won’t be moving back to the UK until Farage is PM (i.e. never) and is also leaving X. This is a true Brexit dividend.

This is what you asked originally: 'What was the British state’s involvement with the slave trade? Only that we ended it.' Note the word 'only'. I showed you what the British state's involvement was. Now you've retreated into the state not enslaving anyone. Goalposts. Moved.

FYI - where were the Free Speech Union during this period? Nowhere. And its founders covertly egging Yaxley Lennon on
For years Yaxley Lennon has intimidated and threatened journalists who tell the truth about him. Listen to the impact of that on @MikeStuchbery_ 7 years ago. And don’t talk to me about free speech. This is tyranny with life altering consequences bylinetimes.com/2026/11/02/t…

Japan's racing isn't rich because its punters are braver. It's rich because the pool treats them as customers. @andyhorrell92 was at the Japanese St Leger last week: Β£2.50 to get in, a free English racecard and betting guide, 50p minimum bet, packed out. The fair objection came from @djbradshaw64: who pays to build it, and wouldn't it need legislation? Yes, it would. So did the levy. The hard part isn't the law. It's deciding whether racing wants customers or a landlord. What would get you betting into a British pool: bigger pools, lower takeout, or knowing the money stays in racing? @BHAHorseracing @racingoncourse @RacehorseOwners #horseracing nitter.siddz.com/mindmodeller/status/21…
One race in Japan took $162m through a betting pool that racing owns. Up 8% on last year. No bookmaker closing winners. No account restrictions. The takeout goes back into racing, whoever wins. Britain sold its Tote in 2011, and racing now lives off a levy on bookmakers' profits. Japanese punters aren't braver than ours. They're treated as customers. Which would you rather bet with: a pool that can't ban you, or a bookie with better odds until you start winning? @BHAHorseracing @racingoncourse @RacingPost @AtTheRaces #AxeTheRacingTax nitter.siddz.com/LongBallToNoOne/status…

How about you spending two minutes researching Miliband's parents and finding out that they were part of the anti-Stalinist left? Neither were ever members of the CPGB. Stalinist regimes would have shot them.

A lovely man, really good guy, as a leader of the British press room, Marcus Townend was very good to me without knowing who I was or if I had a clue, and I was stunned to hear how he had been struck down. He is fighting but needs funding
This is Marcus’s story… This year’s HWPA Derby Awards Lunch is being run as a fundraiser for our former president and colleague Marcus Townend. Please share, donate and support via our JustGiving page. justgiving.com/crowdfunding/…

Erm, what?! Spurs are not playing 'as awful as as the beginning of the season' at all and we're not close to 'reasonably bad'. We've been good to really good recently. Silly post.
Liam is right on the money here. Tottenham are still playing just as awful as at the beginning of the season. But now they're finally getting some luck and are finding ways to not helplessly shoot themselves in the foot. They've gone from historically bad, to just reasonably bad.

Seems like @Nigel_Farage social media bots are malfunctioning. Same happening with @LeeAndersonMP_ or @RobertJenrick accounts πŸ˜‚ might have something to do with the fact that Meta backend rolled out a tweak that essentially, for lack of better phrasing, digitally concussed the bots, so they can't completely touch base with the central LLM. So it's defaulted to absurd nonsensicalisms from the bots. Just shows that Reform is basically a bot farm. Something that we knew for a long time.

Really good article thisπŸ‘‡ There’s really nothing in here you could disagree with.
Dear @BHAHorseracing, You rushed to defend the fruit machine. Racing never needed it. Shops: down a third, 9,000 to 5,825. Levy: up, Β£65m to Β£108m. Punters get restricted, closed, funds locked and an auto-email is all you get. We ARE your customers. Who are you working for? #OpenLetter #HorseRacing #Budget2026 @Macbet1972 @AtTheRaces cuttingcomment.com/dear-bha-…
