Just remember, when watching exchange volumes on @nobenchmark 's abxxtracker.com, management advises QoQ or even better HoH rather than MoM, as short term volumes can be sporadic. Great to have another long-term holder on board. Cheers. #29ers @JoshCrumb @JoeRaia5

Net/Net: Short interest built hard after the June campaign. Tightly held float (management, institutions, Friedland, core retail) plus any/several of the below catalysts is the setup for the squeeze the non-retarded tip may be pointing at. Year-end can rhyme with last year’s move if the blitz lands. Not advice, just the sequence I see. New Degens on the Block: what could possibly be behind @retard3dinvst0r’s conviction on $ABXX / $ABXXF? He posted about a tip from an extremely “non-retarded” person and a position screenshot. Then followed-up with @robert_ivanhoe’s clip talking up the company and has joined the X mudslinging fest with the short-and-distort crowd, with a thesis laying out how this goes to $100 with a giga squeeze. So far so good! How is this going to $100, IMHO? - It’s been several months since the company started audits and internal-control reviews aimed at refuting the fraud/wash-volume/non-customer narratives. Companies under short attack don’t usually go to costly audits, hire legal counsel and fewer still end up suing. From the tone of the 2Q26 call, it appears that we’re on a quiet period until findings hit the board, regulators and lawyers. This feels like some sort of blackout period, which explains the lack of insider buying(?). - Nothing in this process looks existential: I don’t expect anything other than a clean bill of health, with maybe some governance/org tweaks and/or updates to the liquidity incentive programs. The LP tweaks are already evident from lower PM dominance in volumes, tighter precious-metals calendar spreads and more volume divergence across settlement dates. - Once the audit is concluded, the company can go on offense. Core holders (RF, AJ, global financial infrastructure player, strategics, and the rest of the #29ers fam) have not defected, some have doubled down at these bargain prices. Others are in the process or have already rebuilt their positions. Offensive can mean legal, MAS/CIRO follow-through, or simply the facts. We will see. - Consequences? We hope! Singapore (SG) market rules are not soft. My preferred course of action is for @MAS_sg regulators to squash the malfeasant market manipulation practices from taking hold of the narrative about the soundness/integrity of their financial markets. By taking forceful action against the clearly fraudulent allegations made by @viceroyresearch and going after the individuals behind it (@AIMhonesty, @Gabe_Bernarde, et al) they can deliver a strong message. In SG this type of chicanery can land you behind bars, which is my wish for how this story should end. Should regulatory action or lawsuit discovery lead to the uncovering of collusion between hedge funds (here's looking at you @AnsonGroupFunds) and the Viceroy research to fraudulently manipulate the stock, this could end up being a collateral gift for the #MMTLP fam. - News and product flow appears to have been deliberately held back. Late last year the company was hinting at doubling the contracts listed in 2026. We’re not close, so a product backlog seems to be forming. But, what’s the point of launching products when the FCM/Bank onboardings have been muted at least since Yongan? It’s best not let the competition know what’s going to hit them, now that it appears that the CME is taking a second look at these markets. - Waiting for The One: ever since the 1Q26 call when the company dropped that a Tier Global Bank/FCM was committed to onboard, the need to enhance the clearinghouse risk bearing capacity by onboarding such a relevant Tier 1 FCM, with JPM-scale if not JPM itself (remember they moved their PM desk to SG) have continued to build. An onboarding schedule for a leading FCM is around 12 months: we’re approaching the anniversary of the CFTC’s FBoT designation, so we could be close. Fingers crossed! - Mizuho and other China/EU FCMs onboarding should not be too far away. Mizuho has the largest LNG infrastructure lending book and no real method to hedge their risk: it’s no surprise that they started quoting Abaxx’ LNG prices on their LNG newsletters: BIG! - Once “The One” is onboard, we can expect the global energy trading complex to (at last!) start to seriously dip their toes on Abaxx energy contract suite and for Abaxx to release the new contracts on the pipeline. This could lead to a blitz of product, further FCM onboardings, and operational upgrades meant to bury the short thesis (#WinterDays?). - Expanded Trading Hours: 22/5 trading so FCMs and the global energy trading complex can overlap Abaxx energy products with CME/ICE/TTF hours, a must for the Tier I FCM to deliver the goods. - The short-and-distort campaign should’ve failed to halt onboardings. A Tier 1 FCM onboarding should upgrade the clearinghouse’s credit profile and open the door for real energy traders and utilities to test LNG/wind/solar contract suite. Physical LNG cargo to delivery should be the icing on the cake: some years ago (shortly after launch) there was talk about Bank/FCMs vying for who was going to be the first to take an LNG cargo to delivery. I believe a promise was made. - What about MarketOS T+0 collateral at Abaxx Clearing: Personally, the de-emphasizing of the Tech angle (collateral damage from the short attack) was a bit of a disappointment in 2Q26, but completely understandable given the background noise. The first MarketOS license DD (mentioned in the 1Q26 call) should still be work-in-progress and is likely tied to the Tier 1. Remember the scale of Abaxx’ ambition: to launch T+0 USD MMF collateral to become the first Global Exchange clearing energy/commodity trades with its own institutional-grade, yield-bearing stablecoin-style instrument via the Singapore Alta partnership, built on technology ready for 22/5 (eventually 24/7) real-time settlement!! Also remember that the MAS has a dog in the global fight to host the markets of the future: we expect them to be constructive and engaged. - The much-discussed Singapore and Nasdaq listings should open the roster of institutional investors able to buy the stock: they won’t be the only ones that want the OTC chapter closed. While a SG listing is easier; a bigger board is a when, not if, once the company is ready to bear the additional cost and lines up the accounting/reporting ducks. Again, this IS NOT investment advice, do your own due diligence. #29ers @abaxx_tech $ABXX.TO

$ABXX / $ABXXF — Short Squeeze Setup Is Getting Hard to Ignore 🧵 1/ Combined US + Canada short interest just hit 3.05M shares. Twelve months ago it was ~200K. That's a 15× build — into a stock that has round-tripped from $9 → $52 → $12. @abaxx_tech

This is a great listen to anyone in or looking at $IREN This hasnt been a great price action but not sure you can listen to what @dwarkesh_sp and @SemiAnalysis_ talk about and not be bullish on the payback periods for what $IREN Builds. Pricing inflation is only going one direction. Also not sure govt works above 5% so debasement trade is also very relevant open.spotify.com/episode/1ch…

🎯 This slide shows why August 2026 was so important to the development of the @abaxx_exchange. The red bars/numbers show the number of trading days each contract had per month where trades were on net directional vs equally matched calendar spreads. August was a breakout month for both Gold GKS AND Silver SSP, ie All MTD August silver trading sessions were on net directional and 16 out of 19 August Gold trading sessions were net directional = early signs of true commercial adoption. #AbaxxUnfiltered #Worldbuilderorbust @abaxx_tech @abaxx_exchange @abaxx_spot @abaxx_labs

We might be starting to see a turn around here in both sentiment and price especially with a visit to the White House tomorrow $ABXX.TO
We expect 50-100% half-over-half compounding ADV growth for the next 3-5 years, driven by our world class team and infrastructure in place, an accelerating commercial network, and a deep product pipeline. Meanwhile, the marginal momentum share traded in the market for $ABXX.TO is currently pricing in the exact opposite: a 99% forward probability of failure across all benchmark contracts (and MarketOS tech) on a SOTP EV basis. That absurd mispricing, IMO, will correct as we execute on the longest funded runway we’ve ever had and the current stock manipulation assault runs dry (as they always do). New top-tier funds are already seeing the disconnect and it will be nice to welcome even more world class shareholders to the Abaxx cap table. As usual we took no time off this summer, and I’m just wrapping up a two month around the world trip with one last stop (the White House) tomorrow. Can’t wait for the fall and an explosive Q4 as the next wave of infrastructure upgrades, network growth, and products roll out. We covered all of this outlook and more on our Q2 call: piped.video/J12hJJ-1C-Y?si=JRdH…

More data than open-source AI is taking share from OpenAI and Anthropic. Open source has gone from 28% token share to 62% token share @vercel over the last 2 months. Chart from @rauchg Super impressive given that the sum of OpenAI and Anthropic accelerated in July. So net token/AI infra demand accelerated even more than the acceleration we saw at the frontier. And suspect Grok growing even faster than open-source and we saw some of this in the @tryramp data. Open-source AI taking share is positive for AI infrastructure demand as it lowers margins at the model layer and an open-source token costs just as much compute to produce as a frontier token. Nothing about open-source AI inference is “free.” Most likely end state IMO is that closed, frontier tokens are 60-90% of economic value but only 15 to 25% of tokens.

Had a long walk with my dog this morning and thinking about the events of the past year with $abxx.to First of all. Financially the company has never been stronger or more derisked. Recent cash raise gives them 6 quarters of cash runway and CEO said he expects revenue from PM trading alone will give the exchange break even by 2028. There was a hastily thrown together short report released earlier this year. They got some of their numbers wrong. Most notably cash burn rate and runway left. I think the cash raise took them off guard. If their math was right, it wasn’t, but if it was right, at the time Abaxx would have had 1 quarter left before the lights went out. They were wrong though and the cash raise leaves them 6 more quarters. We also have the CEO publicly saying he has inbound calls with institutional demand asking for a share offering so they can acquire a position. He repeatedly refused this request to respect long term shareholders. If they wanted shares, they should buy them on the open market. We saw a tiny short squeeze. A short fund covered estimated 200k shares and sent the price from around $30 to $45. We’ve seen the open short position go from 1.8M shares to about 3M shares YTD. CEO has openly thanked short sellers for supplying much needed share supply to institutional investors looking for a position. We did have a share offering that was multiple times over subscribed I would assume from those same institutional investors. We have the first new commodity exchange in a long time. Domiciled and licensed in Singapore. Situated perfectly to be a neutral third party in an ever more multipolar world. Singapore has always been this venue and will continue to be. Mature commodity exchanges trade for near 100B. Wildly profitable cash printing machines. On a macro level the US treasury department has begun yield curve control so a new commodity bull market is about to begin in earnest. Another tailwind. Traders gonna trade and the debasement trade is on. The Abaxx business has never been better. Growing at 50% H/H. Multiple possible new revenue options by adding new products. Speaking nothing of the tech stack and licensing opportunities. I have publicly speculated about the real short percent of float. I think the tradeable float is much smaller than is publicly listed. Anyone can do the math. Numbers are public. CEO and management are adding. I strongly suspect much of these shares sold short are ending up in the hands of long institutional funds. Special note: TSX rules don’t require them to disclose until 10% ownership. Which means they likely will never disclose. So what happens here? Well from a risk reward perspective I’ve never seen a worse bet from a short side. If you are short 3% of your fund, you stand to gain at best 3%. There are no options. If you are wrong though and the company keeps executing, one day we may see a break even announcement. IE: the company may never need to raise again. And they can keep the lights on forever. So you aren’t going to make your 3%. What’s the downside? Well you have to continue to pay the borrow or cover. A 200k share cover sent the share price up 50%. Blowing out shares into thin liquidity has crushed the share price. But that knife cuts both ways. With 234k of average daily volume that means 13 days to cover if they bought every share. Shorts have been on average 20% of volume this year. If they flip the other way that’s 64 days of pure pain the other way. Liquidity is ephemeral. There is no rule that shares must trade at every price between $21 and $1000 at any volume. No ask situations can occur. And if these shares are being hoovered up by institutions, they have zero incentive to stop this train. Every share of new short supply at lower prices is good news. 1/2
