i'm sooo in the wrong biz i thought "smartly but for google ads" was a dead idea 10 years ago distribution and just shipping matters, you can always find underserved pockets of customers by taking existing ideas instead of overthinking it and assuming every easy opportunity is already taken proven > better > new
My software company runads.ai is currently onboarding 30-50 companies a day with over 1700 active paying customers and over $50m/m in Google ad spend. I’m looking for a fintech banking partner to join the runads foundation and help us close the loop on customer billing. Having customers set their cards on Google ads externally causes some friction and we want to keep it all internally. We also charge % of spend fees so of the $50m-$70m a month under management we make anywhere from 3-5% of that depending on what tier the business is in. My options are from what I know flex, slash, whop, commas. If you are from one of those and want to work with me then I want to set this up.

idk how this is possible, but Meta reviewed our new app faster than Shopify everyone who's gone through Meta's app review knows how terrible it is

our two frontend guys are rebuilding the whole UI rn, will get a lot better in a week or two 💅 just in time for no one to even care how good the UI is
Replying to @commslayercom

update: got a bunch of candidates already next an ad goes out to the hardest uni program to get into in the country. top 0.5% big brains, the cream of the cream. bcg and mckinsey raid that program every year but every genz kid here wants to build their own startup my current hypothesis is that it is better to hire a big brain kid now that claude can teach them the basics of any job to be done, so having specific skills and previous work experience won't matter as much as they used to alt is to find someone with great taste, but that's the fun part i still want to do myself i have small kids now so i hire slightly older kids to do my work
I came to the conclusion that I need to just hire a cracked business/industrial engineering student locally to help me out with all the stuff that drains my energy Does anyone have any good lessons to share about hiring an EA? commslayer.com/founders-asso…

Asking for a pic as a proof for damaged items claims stopped working a couple of months ago, same will happen with video soon
We’ve seen a few examples of this at Ridge and I expect it to literally 1000x over the next 24 months. CX teams and processes will need to be hardened to properly handle fully automated, well written refund requests.
