This is a game changer!! 45% durable ORRs at higher dose levels. READY for prime time and will change early treatment lines. As excited as when I first saw PD1 results in RCC. This will transform front lines and cure more patients.

ENPP3 x CD3 ! Seismic Shift to come !! Let’s end using non IO drugs in the frontline and focus on CURE!
Well well well… This was certainly my favorite RCC / kidney cancer presentation and heralding a significant shift in the RCC landscape! 45% response in heavily pretreated pts. Highly impressive! Needs to move into frontline combinations! Congrats @montypal + colleagues

Clinical trials have helped keep me alive for more than a decade. I know firsthand that finding the right trial at the right time can change everything. That’s why I’m excited about @KidneyCAN’s new Clinical Trial Navigator, helping kidney cancer patients more easily find trials that could provide their next option. Patients shouldn’t have to become experts at searching for clinical trials while fighting cancer. We need to make it easier to find the science, understand the options and know what to do next. For some of us, a clinical trial isn’t just research. It’s hope. It’s another option. It’s more time. kidneycancertrials.org Thank you @kidneycan for launching a tool that helps all kidney cancer patients. #ClinicalTrials

What an incredible two days. #KCRS26 brought together researchers, clinicians, industry leaders, advocates, and patient representatives from around the world to share discoveries, challenge ideas, build collaborations, and inspire the next generation of #KidneyCancer research. From groundbreaking keynote presentations and innovative abstract sessions to Rock the Run, Posters & Prosecco, and countless conversations in the hallways, every moment reflected the passion and dedication of this remarkable community. Thank you to everyone who joined us, whether in Boston or virtually. Together, we're accelerating progress toward better treatments and brighter futures for people affected by kidney cancer. We'll see you next year. #AcceleratingCures

Volumetric is the Key! Just the longest diameter may mean nothing, deflating a “balloon” may do little to the longest diameter but yet you may have reduced tumor burden by 90+% and might be cured!
Response assessment in metastatic kidney cancer on ipi/nivo is hard: over half of patients show atypical patterns, and readers disagree. An automated volumetric iRECIST tool nearly doubled reader agreement. 🎯 Interobserver agreement κ 0.34 → 0.67 with AI assist 🔬 75 mRCC patients, lesion tracking accuracy 0.98 🔍 Single center, feasibility, not yet prospectively validated If it holds, the value is consistency: hypothesis-generating. Excited to see more tools in RECIST imaging assessment. 👉bit.ly/Kraaijveld-iRECIST-mR… #KidneyCancer #GUonc #AIinMedicine

Dual PD-1/VEGF blockade and cooperative binding provide a compelling biological rationale for ivonescimab. The key questions are not whether the mechanism is attractive, but: Does it translate into better efficacy? Ultimately, clinical outcomes will determine whether this approach changes practice. #AcceleratingCures #KCRS26 @kidneycan @DrChoueiri @HHammersMD @IKCCorg @advocatekidneys @DrRanaMcKay @NazliDizman @MikeSerzanMD @crisbergerot @Uromigos @OncoAlert @OpenMedicineHQ @montypal @arihakimi @TiansterZhang @AlbigesL @ReneeSaliby @VincentWenxinXu

Great AACR 2026 highlights from @TiansterZhang at #KCRS26 on mechanisms shaping RCC therapy. 🔬 NEO-811 (ARNT/HIF1β degrader) retains activity even in HIF2α resistant tumors, degrading the obligate dimerization partner instead of HIF2α itself 🧫 CBM-588 correlative data shows less T-cell exhaustion with gut microbiome modulation added to ipi-nivo Resistance and the microbiome, two fronts worth watching in RCC. #RCC #KidneyCancer #GUonc #KCRS26 @kidneycan

Thank you for all that you do @CJSTRAV3 for the kidney cancer community and @kidneycan !
That’s a wrap: #KCRS2026. I am filled with gratitude and hope. Ten years ago, I never imagined I’d be here, living with Stage IV kidney cancer, surrounded by so many brilliant people who have dedicated their lives to giving patients like me a future. Thank you, @KidneyCAN, for your relentless leadership in bringing together patients, caregivers, researchers, clinicians, industry, and advocates to challenge the status quo and accelerate progress. Every breakthrough starts with people willing to work together. For patients like me, KCRS isn’t just another conference. It’s a true reminder that hope is real, progress is happening, and we’re not done yet. Thank you to everyone helping turn a diagnosis into more tomorrows. The race is far from over. Let’s GO!! 👊👊❤️☘️
