Excited to share the early feasibility and dosimetric results from our prospective trial of 5 fraction post-prostatectomy SBRT. CBCT based online adaptive treatment facilitated use of a modified reduced volume CTV and PTV (3 mm) w/many pts getting up LN and simultaneous boosts.

Interesting data from Phase 2 study #COMRADE at #ESMO26: Early on-treatment #ctDNA may help identify patients at risk of progression after just one cycle of #radium223. Possibly one more step toward biomarker-guided, adaptive radiopharmaceutical therapy.
