Hi @TravisBiziorek 👋 do you have a few minutes to talk about Detroit real estate next week?

You’re right, @davidhuey. I don’t want to pay an extra $20.
But here’s the thing you’re missing: I’ll just go to a hotel.
If Airbnb can’t deliver a better experience without charging more or requiring manual labor, I’m perfectly happy at @Hilton @Marriott @Hyatt.
Sounds good, but now cleaners will have to be paid more and fees will go up.
So not taking out trash, doing dishes is going to cost you more - and my guess is people would rather do 5-10 mins of cleaning than pay an extra $20.

Ausar’s pitching a shut out!
He’s on pace to allow 0 points this season. Sort of feels like when the Pistons win the first game of the season and we predict they’ll go 82-0.
📊 ASSUSTADOR!
ZERO PONTOS.
Sim, NINGUÉM pontuou vs Ausar ontem!

The Traveling Cat Dad retweeted
This dude Penei Sewell really switched positions during the offseason and is STILL the highest rated offensive lineman in football.
ABSOLUTE DAWG.

And people say Michigan cheated…
Urban Meyer was doing it a long time before Jim Harbaugh came around, both in Florida and Ohio.
"To be honest, I took a f—ing pay cut when I left 'Gainesvegas,'" under Urban Meyer.
FACTS.

Sorry, but I don’t understand why we’re hating on Ellison just because he’s rich? All he did was give Bryce millions.
Bryce already has more than most people will make in their lifetime. Never has to work again.
I feel sorry if his dream died, but that’s on Bryce & his coaches.
Please keep in mind that Bryce is 19 and this sucks for him more than it sucks for Ellison’s pockets.
Programs fail young QBs before young QBs fail them.
The talent is still off the charts and, one of these days, it may come to light. Just not here.

First time I’ve seen the @Tigers listed in the win column for trading away John Smoltz.
Fred McGriff's first night as a Brave in 1993, the press box at Fulton County Stadium caught fire.
The game went on after a delay, and McGriff hit a two run homer as Atlanta came back from five runs down.
The Braves were nine games behind the Giants that night, two days after they got him from San Diego.
He hit 19 homers in 68 games and they went 51 and 17 the rest of the way.
They won the division by one game.
Which deadline trade is the best ever?

As a Michigan fan, I think it’s OK to be excited about Tommy Carr and support Bryce Underwood at the same time.

What’s the oldest thing in this picture? Hint: It’s not my grandpa. It’s something much, much older than him.
I was gifted a 2,000-year-old Nabataean coin while I was hiking in Petra.
My grandpa always loved collecting coins. So I brought it home for him.

Yeah, it was awesome seeing how @BryceUnderwoo16 responded.
Look, watching Tommy Carr was a lot of fun, but I hope this will push Bryce and motivate him to compete to get his job back.
Seems like he’s still engaged with the team.
Bryce gets a lot of shit from this fanbase. And I know college football is different in the NIL era and expectations become different when you’re a millionaire many times over. But I’ll never forget how he acted today after being benched. That’s character.

I don’t usually watch @hallmarkchannel, but it’s cool seeing @UMichFootball national champion @colstonlovelan1 on the movie my dad’s watching!
When will the @Lions and Sam LaPorta get a chance??

If Kyle Whittingham had made this decision sooner, Michigan would probably be undefeated and on its way to the College Football Playoffs.
I reeeeeally, really wanted to see Bryce Underwood succeed at Michigan, but Tommy Carr is making this decision look too easy.
The only question is how come it took Kyle Whittingham so long to decide?
Even in 2022, Jim Harbaugh only waited 3 games to switch to JJ McCarthy.

Can Bryce Underwood play TE? I just hate to see Michigan lose such a promising, talented player.
I’m not sure this is a situation where a “fresh start” will help much.
Another school might offer him a chance to play QB again, but I’m not sure he’s suited for the position.
